The ordering process was easy,. Customer rep was helpful with questions that I had. The only issue I had was with the freight company who unloaded the full pallet into a snow bank in the driveway of my yard and never called first. I know your supposed to inspect the order at delivery but that's hard to do when you are not notified. Thankfully nothing was stolen or frozen in the time before I went home
Several items have no descriptions or very poor ones which makes it very difficult to find or feel comfortable with the item I am looking for. Also search engine is less than desired. If one letter is off then no matches are found or if what I believe it to be called or what department I would think it is in is wrong then no items are found. Several other sites are a lot easier to navigate. Aside from that products are usually of good quality, prices are ok, and shipping is usually pretty good (except for pricing).

Bought a case of my FAVORITE wipes ( KR Part #: VS702) that I use for everything. Had an issue ordering online. Called in and the agent resolved quickly and my delivery happened in two days. Great company and great cleaning product. Thank you. I'll be back.

A very experienced agent that knows the product line very well and is able to tell me what I have ordered in the past and can advise me on what is the best product for the price to fulfill my needs. He has up to date availability and can tell me instantly if the product is in stock or not. I appreciate his advice and honest opinions.

They have a lot of the supplies i need for the carwash
First, I had problems making my order because the sellers wouldn't accept my card (Mexican MasterCard), offer any payment alternatives, or even answer my e-mails - they were really unhelpful and the situation was not solved until I had to call customer service. Then, I had problems picking up my order because the address (specifically the recipient's name) was not correctly stated in the package.
After the sales employees wouldn't accept my MasterCard or offer any other payment alternatives (they were not helpful at all), the people at the customer service department helped me with this issue immediately.

Easy to shop for the products at I need. It's just very frustrating that shipping cost more or as much as my order does.
I cannot state my anger and frustration of waiting for most of two months to receive a $5 motor brush.
I both called and emailed multiple times and no one could tell me when the product would ship. If I had any idea of the timeline I could have placed an order elsewhere and gotten it in a week. I only placed the second order because no one thought to inform me that I would get a single brush for a motor that needed 2 brushes. The other sites that carried the same product sold them as pairs as no motor needs just one brush replaced. So it took from September 24th until December 8th for me to get two $5 brushes.

I prefer to look at the catalog in addition to the website while deciding on what products to purchase. There are a significant number of products that you choose to not list a specific price for while your customers are shopping I would lean towards a vendor that will list a price upfront. One wonders why you choose this business model in a very competitive market.

I have been a long time customer with Kleen Rite; way back when the sales flier looked like they came out of a copier. I worked with Mike and Keith, but my everyday contact was with Keith. I ordered with Keith for years, eventually he handed me off to Steve Kelly. I know I am a high maintenance customer; probably why Keith handed me over to Steve. He has been GREAT!

I'm using these foot valves to construct feeder tubes for our chemical dispersion system. When I'm done, these will draw up quite a bit more chemical instead of leaving it in the bottom of the container.

Often operators would ask each other if they had any extra parts or supplies. Harold McKonly thought, "I should start stocking this stuff." Initially, he would buy extra parts for his wash, and other people would buy them off of him. It grew from there - out of need. For many years, he would build and service car washes, and fix pumps. Self-serve equipment was always Harold's focus, whether it was supplies, vending, parts or equipment. In order to support his service business, he had to stock more parts. The parts portion of the business took more time than the actual repair of the car washes! It went full circle.
