First, I had problems making my order because the sellers wouldn't accept my card (Mexican MasterCard), offer any payment alternatives, or even answer my e-mails - they were really unhelpful and the situation was not solved until I had to call customer service. Then, I had problems picking up my order because the address (specifically the recipient's name) was not correctly stated in the package.
After the sales employees wouldn't accept my MasterCard or offer any other payment alternatives (they were not helpful at all), the people at the customer service department helped me with this issue immediately.
