Terrible experience overall. Took over 2 weeks to ship and then they sent a completely different item.

Cancel order or chargeback ASAP this place is terrible. Customer service is a complete joke.

Was looking for some new wholesalers and found them. Prices looked great so decided to try them. Made a small startup order to test the waters. They say they email when shipped and I didn't recieve one after about a week so was worried. I emailed them and didn't get an answer. Thats when I got scared and looked them up. I know should have done it beforehand, guess the prices got me careless. I found all these reviews saying horrible things and I figured thats it my moneys gone. I emailed again and got no response. Gave it one final email and to my surprise the next day I had a shipping notice. When it arrived it was well packed, everything I ordered was there and I have to say they are pretty nice pieces. So yeah communication and shipping times they aren't so hot on but the prices and product are good and I did get my stuff in a reasonable amount of time. I guess I got spoiled by wholesalers who got me my stuff within a week. I have a second order in right now. Again a rather small one, around $80. Going in knowing it will take a little longer and knowing I won't have that communication I'll see how it goes. Would like to use them regularly so hoping for the best. At this point I'll give them 3 stars. I'll update after I get my order

Just wanted to update. Second order went as well as the first. Gonna stick with them unless they do me wrong but at this point its looking pretty good. Thanks K4W!

I have ordered from Jason in the past a few times. Everytime I do I swear I never will again. Crappy product, won't return calls. Takes FOREVER to ship. I have called and fax and they won't return them even after a threat. I see he has now changed his name to K4wholesale. I suppose so any potential new customers will not be able to look at the reviews or find them in the BBB

The first time he shorted our order Jason Saakes gave us a excuse he was moving the shop and just got our messages almost 1 1/2 months later. Now we gave Jason another chance and placed another order from Jason from knives 4 wholesale and were missing 10 Pieces out of 27 pieces, We have been Trying leave Voicemail messages, but cannot get hold of him due to the mail box being full for almost 2 weeks and he still is not replying to my husbands emails. Never again will we do business with Knives4wholesale. This is not how to operate a business.

Over all worst company I have ever dealt with online. They do not ship items until you actually talk to your bank or credit company about getting the money back. When they finally do ship out they always leave one item behind saying it's out of stock so you have to order at least mother $50 worth of items again, then they do the same thing. I finally had my credit card computer tell them I want all my money back or everything in my order! Have not ordered since. Owner is a scammer I have read many things on the company it's self and him. DO NOT ORDER! Or your in for a hell of a headache.

I ordered a knife on Dec. 28 2013 and received it Jan 6 2014. Shipping was pretty quick. I opened the box and it was what I ordered, but the knife looked used. It was a double action otf. It worked great for a day. Now it will fire bit won't engage when it retracts. The price was good, but I didn't want a used (dull) knife. I called and left a message and haven't heard anything. The paperwork said no returns without original packaging. I have the paperwork that should be enough! I'm pissed because I've been excited to receive this knife and it wasn't up to my expectations.

Ordered an item at the end of February. Credit card was charged right away. Two weeks later I called & was told two more weeks, blah blah blah... After numerous emails, calls, etc. Still no order. Today is 4-1-13. SCAMMER!

Jeff and the staff at K4W are great. Customer service is top notch and if i have a question about an order there response is always in a timely manner. Way to go knives 4 wholesale! Just want everyone to know I'm a customer for life!

Ordered a knife over a month ago and have records my credit card was charged but they never sent the item. I have emailed them about 10 times, left messages on the phone, which currently has a full mailbox and you can't even leave any more messages. These guys are crooks, plain and simple. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!

I ordered 1 knife from knives4wholesale ( owned by jason and judith saakes 9380 Dubois Ave Orlando Fl) in Sept 2010. It is now March 26. I have not received my order. They will not answer their phone or respond to any messages. Shop somewhere else.

They have taken their time shipping the orders out in the past, but I have always received what I have ordered from them. I have placed several orders and have yet to actually be ripped off. You just can't find the products that they offer at the prices for which they have them available anywhere else. This alone makes it worth the wait for me. Do I wish they would promptly send my order out and not sit on it for 2 weeks? Of course I do, but where else can I get these knives at this low a price?

They have not responded to my emails, Both phone numbers go unanswered. The web is full of complaints against these guys.

They have applied two unauthorized charges against my credit card.

6 months ago they took my order. I haven't received my order and they have not contacted me. They will not answer their phone ( caller id?). Jason saakes is the owner lives at 9380 Dubois blvd Orlando. Do not order from this site or onlinestunguns.

I have ordered from this company 3 times, a total of 7 knives. All 3 orders took forever to arrive. 2 of the 7 knives arrived busted, loose and literally falling apart (proof that they don't even glance at these things before they ship them). The others were in good shape, but all attempts to contact this company by phone or email were frustrating beyond belief. They do not answer the phone and almost never respond to emails. When they do answer emails, it's to tell you to ship the defective products back to them (at YOUR expense) so they can be replaced--which they never are. In one case, I followed their instructions and sent a busted knife back to them and they just ignored me after that! Their stuff is super-cheap but if you get one busted knife in your order, there go your savings!
