I placed an order online. I have my military discount connected to my account so when I checked out the discount automatically came off. The shoes were $150. In the discount field indicated the following "You hae received 15% off your order and 20% off the total order. The total discount was -52.50, so my assumption is that they took 35% off total. The estimated total with tax was $104.81. This was a great deal so I placed the order. When I received the receipt, it indicated that my total was $161.25 (excuse me). So the total order amount changes after you hit "Place Order"? Before I realized what they did, I thought it was such a great deal that I went back online and placed another order. I didn't realize that I got no discount until the next day. I would have cancelled the order, but they shipped the orders pretty quickly, the same evening. I tried calling the customer service number and the representative kept telling me that the discount doesn't apply to everything. I say to that, why did the discount show up if prior to me clicking the place order button. Sounds real shady to me and the customer service rep was no help and actually tried to get an attitude with me and raised her voice. Needless to say, I will wait for the items to arrive and take them back to the store and get all of my money back. Never again.

Omg I'm so upset with this company. I order a per of sneacers online for my daughter, for Christmas. I had to wait for 2 months to be delivered to me. And still not here yet, they shipped them yesterday. On top of that they charged me twice... they told me that my second refund will be back in my bank account the next day. Not true, my refund is not in yet... never again, the worst company ever. DONT BUY FROM THEM,
I recently purchased a pair of timberlands online, it was very late in the season and near impossible to find the model I wanted in my size. I had recently had a bad experience with the same boot on walkingonacloud.ca (who said the order was shipping and then cancelled last minute due to low stock) so I found them on this website. The price was a little much for it to get to canada, about 40 dollars so that always sucks. But the shipping was super fast, it got here less than a week after I ordered it. The product was in perfect condition, right fit, color and size. I read bad reviews and was scared they might mess up but I love my purchase and am so pleased with the websites selection, and ease of use.
