“Where's my washing machine!”

A washing machine was ordered online and a phone call from this warehouse called us to make an appointment. The appointment was set for Friday. Unfortunately our house is old with narrow doors from the basement. The delivery guys came to the conclusion that I should make sure the entry way was cleared, the handles to the stairs down the basement taken off, and the screwed in table top on top of the current washer taken out. I agreed and they told me to call this 909 number in Rialto to reschedule. So I did on the Monday right after. Monday comes and I call and some lady says they don't do deliveries for personal deliveries and gave me a lg customer service #. I call after 70 mins of wait time plus 1 dropped call to find out they do not have the name of the company that does the delivery/install. Cust serv lady says she would put in a request to for me to get a call back from the delivery contractors and that it would take 24 hours. Waited on tues nothing. Wednesday comes around, I decided to call back the 909 # in Rialto. Finally reached someone who could reschedule for the following Tuesday. Fast forward it's Tuesday and someone calls stating the delivery guy has COVID and rescheduled to thurs. Fast forward to today Thursday 6/15/23 9am. Got a call stating our washer is lost. Wtf?!?!? How? Said they would call back with a resolution. It's 5pm now and nothing. Worst case experience ever. Still don't have my washer and it's already paid for.

LG Microwave is a Horrible product, which only lasted 3 years when the average time for a microwave is 7 years. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. I purchased a new microwave model LMV1831ST/00 in August 2019. I was remodeling the condo and did not live here until 2020. Two weeks ago the microwave quit working without any warning. I paid $79 to have a repair man tell me it was the Magnetron which according to LG manual has a 10 year warranty! Today I called LG who told me they would charge me at least a $250 repair bill, but he could not be specific. SHAME ON LG. THEIR PRODUCT IS DEFICIENT and they want to charge me $250 or possibly more! This is a 66.8 billion dollar company (in 2022) that is CHEATING a SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME. SHAME SHAME, SHAME ON LG. Don't believe anything on their warranty it is worthless! WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS!

Tip for consumers:
Worthless warranty. Deficient product.

Unfortunately, I purchased an entire suite of kitchen appliances from LG and they are a horrible company. I will NEVER BUY LG again.

For 3 days now my phone keeps dropping calls. Error message "LG IMS Keeps Stopping ". Finally get a call that haven't dropped. First thing the automated voice says is LG is short on staff due to COVID. An indicator that my time is not valuable and they are not going to pick up or try to assist with this error message. Been waiting 45 minutes and still listening to the automated voice say LG values my time. I see that my phone is not the only phone impacted. But LG's lack of response or resolution is the absolute worse thing about this! Total lack of recognition for my time being valuable... I wished I could give a negative 10 thousand stars!

There is so much negative to say about LG To put it in simple terms save your money regardless of whatever product it is if it's made by LG it sucks and they stand behind nothing. Never again.

We bought an LG gas stove from Lowe's in July. We immediately had problems with it and contacted LG for service - after several attempts they sent a repairman to look at it. It is now October and the stove is still not working - the service man has been here numerous times and now tells us it can not be fixed. We have repeatedly asked for a refund or a new stove with no results. We have never dealt with a worse company in our 42 years of marriage. By the way, Lowe's will not stand behind its sale either. On line we see many other people with the same complains. Tom Forst
