I visited Petco in Oceanside on 25, October 2023.I had an appointment for vaccines for my dog. After waiting on a short line, I looked at how they were handling the vaccines in an unsanitary manner. The doctors lab coat looked like it was 15 years old and had seen 1000 cats and dogs and never been washed. Forget about being pressed. The doctor gave me heartworm medication and I asked for flea and tick medication that was never provided. I called their 800 number I was given no help. I was told to go back to the store, I went back to the store tell them what happened they said I'll get it in 15 minutes on my email. I got it and hour later on my email and it was incorrect. They did not have how many pills the dog should and did not give me enough pills for the spring season! I'm not sure this so called Dr is a real certified veterinarian.There's no one to help you at all. Their customer service number is just a calling center! Good luck

Not that happy at all! I thought my dog had an ear infection. Went in with an appointment, the staff in the front were very nice. They put me in a room with my dog and a young doctor came in and said they were going to take the dog in the back and wash her ear and take a sample of what was in her ear to see what it was and I was not comfortable with her, leaving me and having something done not in front of me. I expressed my feelings, so they did everything in the room. The doctor only listen to the dogs chest, never looked inside her ear with a scope. He took a sample on a Q-tip from I guess the tech who did that for him, he was very cold, and for the swab they charged me $70, $75 for the visit and $35 for the medicine. They didn't even have the decency to put some medicine in her ear from what they have in the office. They let you go home and use what they've just prescribed for you so you run out quicker of the medicine My original vet retired but I guess l'Il go back there and use a different doctor because this place whoever gave it five stars are all out of their minds. This doctor seemed and acted like he just graduated from vet school yesterday. He had absolutely no personality and I will never go back to this rip off a joint.! I've had dogs for 50 years plenty of dogs that had ear infections, and never did any vet that I ever dealt with take a swab for any amount of money before they gave me medication. They obviously knew from what they looked at through their scope, what it was, and how to treat it, but this place uses the swab to pick up an extra $70 or $75 not for me anymore. Called their customer service number was on hold for one hour and 20 minutes and gave up. I will never ever purchase a Michael Kors handbag again. After two weeks a handbag should not fall apart with nowhere to get help with. The Better Business Bureau has over 500 complaints against the company therefore I suggest everyone avoid purchasing this brand.

I called for service on a expensive dryer. They sent a technician that turned on the dryer and felt the vent and put his hand in the dryer after 2 minutes max and said it's getting hot. Wow! What a way to diagnose that the dryer is not dryer as it used to. I will never use the company for anything again in my lifetime!

The world's worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Go on Facebook and put the company in the search bar and look at the worst you have ever seen! I unfortunately didn't! My bad!

All I can say is they are horrible! I needed them to transfer money on a certain date, overnighted, and they did a great job looking at it, and never made sure that the money went out. Never again! Don't waste your time with this bankOnline

Have been been coming here for a while now. Bought a pastrami sandwich to go. Got it home and maybe, and I mean maybe there was a little more than an eighth of a pound of meat. I called the owner and of course he disagreed. I will not go out of my way any longer to go there, when there's much better around, with parking and a sandwich you can't get your mouth around. And the price is equal and if not less then this Deli, the ones I I go to on a regular basis. Good luck to the owner with the profit on my sandwich!

I was in Home Depot in Freeport about a week ago. I was looking for a certain ceramic drill bit. After 30 minutes of not seeing any Orange aprons, that's what their help wears I called the corporate number from the store. While waiting for the store manager, I saw this fellow by the name of John with an apron. I asked him where I might find the aisle I was in the ceramic bit.He shrugged his hands as if to say he has no idea. He walked back three aisles and saw the person that worked in the tool department. He pointed that I should walk to that aisle and find that particular person. Unfortunately having problems walking I couldn't do that and when I tried to tell him that, he walked right by me as if I did not even exist. I told the manager she said she will take care of it however I doubt it happened! I also called the corporate office and lodged a complaint about the store leaving my name and phone number, and no one even had the decency to call and find out what was going on. I now shop at Lowe's and they don't know what to do for you next. If a product is in the aisle they actually walk you directly to the product and help you until you put the item in your cart ready to go to the cashier. They are a little further from me then Home Depot but well worth it regardless of price. I will probably wind up using Lowes to redo my entire kitchen and put down hardwood floors and goodbye to Home Depot. I already have the contractor who I deal with no longer buys from Home Depot and he lives in Freeport. Lowes it is! Try it and see the difference! There's a saying what a difference a day makes, Now my saying is what a difference a store makes. Good luck Home Depot!
