Loved the quality of the fabric. Great fit for tall women and affordable price. The delivery was also fast and came in about 3 working days. When things go wrong there is a telephone no to call too.
I've ordered from this store a total of 5 times. I've purchased 3 items, 2 if the same items in different colors. All items are supposed to fit a US 14. Every single one has to be altered, which makes my purchases to costly for the quality. I was delivered an item today; it's at least a US size 20. It looks horrible. If you purchase it's a hit or miss. I keep missing. It's time to find another merchant.
I ordered my item in July and never received it. They say it was delivered but I didn't get it. I informed them and did everything they asked me to do, like check with neighbors and I had to fill out a declaration form. I have had no response from them in over a month. You are better off ordering from China. This company is horrible. I don't know if they are under new management but something is wrong

The shoes that I ordered and tried to change or cancel 1 hour after I ordered them were shipped in an unprotected bag and were damaged. Not at all surprise due to their unprofessional shipping practices. UPS wanted over $200 to ship them back because the company changed their return policy that was totally misleadin. I've never heard of a company not paying for the return on damaged goods. I will dispute the charges and throw the shoes in the trash.
The size I wanted was out of stock. I asked for an email telling me when it was available again. I received an email saying they got more stock. When I clicked on the suit, a size 12 popped up. When I bought and received the suit it was a UK size 12 not a US size 12. Obviously it was way too small. When I went to return it, I had to pay for return shipping which was $20! As a tall woman, it is hard enough for me to find things that fit. But then to be screwed when it's the wrong size is very upsetting.

If it didn't fit that I would have to pay $20 to return it.

I ordered a dress i looked at forever. It took a long time to receive. It is poor quality and, although I ordered my normal size, you'd have to be 2 sizes smaller to get it around your body! I have been trying to return it and after several attempts, they finally sent me a return label. I took it to UPS to return it and it cost more to return than the dress cost. I do not recommend this company, not will I ever purchase from them again!
Having returned merchandise that according to the post office was received, (Your item was delivered to an individual at the address at 11:44 am on December 19,2022 in ROSELLE, IL *******.) This company is claiming they have not received it and are delaying my refund. Very poor customer service.

Just purchased A pair of shoes from Long Tall Sally. The shoes did not fit like the shoes that I have put in the past so I had to return them then the nightmare began. I got the runaround and yet I had a certain amount of time in which to return the shoes when I try to use the initial mailing label I was told the price to ship it would be $191! It took a week just to get the return process straight. I lost $24! I'm DONE!

It appears that LTS has been taken over by an Asian company. Most distressing and TELLING is the fact that they cannot be reached by phone. Complaints are handled through email ONLY so keep your printer handy. Very messy all around and it cost me $26.50 as that is what I lost in the process.

Very disappointed with an order I just received. I ordered a size 16 and received a size 20. It's nearly impossible to find out how and where to send returns, and their phone # is not in service. What - phone # not in service? Overseas ordering is not working nowadays. It's so disappointing. Instructions on how to return items are a joke. Nothing clearly communicated. I would advise anyone to NOT order anything from this company.
I bought a wrap dress and matching accessories. The dress didn't fit right so I returned everything on July 12th 2021. I paid the extra money required to make the return. We are now in the middle of October and I have yet to get my money back. I would think twice before ordering from this site.
Quality is down in the drain. 75 $ work pants were literally cheap legging/tights when they arrived. To top that off they reduced the article price when i am trying to return it, with my own shipping. I am so taken aback how some company can be so bad but fool others.

I have shopped at Long Tall Sally for many years. Now that they were bought out the quality is awful. Total Garbage! Returns take forever and you never get your money back unless you call and spend hours on the phone they lie and say that return was not received although you have confirmation. After 3 months and 8 phone calls I finally got my credit. Stay away!
After making a mistake and ordering duplicate pairs of pants, I tried contacting the company. It took them five days to respond and say they process orders immediately even though they hadn't processed it I explain to them my order haven't been processed her shift that they should be able to cancel the duplicate orders. Seven days later they responded again and said it had already shipped so sorry they couldn't help me. And the orders take two weeks to arrive and if you want to return some thing you have to pay return shipping even on a $400 order.

I placed several orders and returned them. Weeks later I received emails saying they received my items and would refund me. They didn't. They wouldn't respond to my emails either. I filed a dispute with my credit card to which LTS responded I hadn't used their return portal (not true, I did and have the emails to show it) and they hadn't received the return (a blatant lie - I have emails from them saying otherwise). Stay far away! They're awful.

I didn't look at reviews of this company prior to purchasing and I regret it. My package said it was delivered a couple days before it was expected to be so I was excited, but questioned it since there was no updates on the shipping website. Just to arrive home and the package is nowhere to be found. Checked with my neighbors, checked with the post office, nobody had the package. My mail man said he didn't even have any packages for me that day. I reached out to customer service and after a 3 week delay, they responded with asking me to look at my neighbors, which I said in my original request. Then they asked me to fill out an honor statement on 07/10/22. They responded YESTERDAY (11/10/22) telling me they couldn't do anything about it. They don't offer package/shipment insurance and they aren't willing to right the wrong that I didn't get the $100+ worth of clothes I ordered.

My husband ordered a sweat suit for me for Christmas. He ordered in US sizes. When he got it, the top was good but the bottoms were the UK size. So, he returned it and order it again in the US size. Again, it came back in the wrong size. I've written 6 emails trying to get a return label and they sent me two. One was for mailing in UK and the other was for something that was ordered a while ago.Not what I need. It seems like no one can do a simple job. NO ONE is available to talk on the phone so I can make sure they understand. It getting ridiculous. I've ordered from here many times and have been pleased with them UNTIL NOW. I'm so frustrated. Please hire someone who knows what they're doing.
I ordered four items. One was fine. One was the wrong size. One had a hole in it and the last was a cream sweater with a small but noticeable stain. I'm so disappointed as I shopped at Tall Girl here in Canada for years and then switched to Long Tall Sally. They closed the retail location a few years back and nothing I've ordered online has been as good, but this purchase was just ridiculous. To top it off, making a return would require me to purchase my own shipping! Why I can't just email them a photo of the damage is beyond me but the least they could do is pay for the return shipping of damaged merchandise.

They do "give" a refund (maybe) but I would have to pay to ship it back and then they would "review" it. It would cost me half the price of the items to ship the stuff back with no guarantee of refund.

Ordered leggings in chocolate cordury. LSupposed to be 34" long. Guess what--they were only 30 inches. Please replace with correct size. Never had an issue when you had a store in the area!

As a tall girl, im also fashion conscience. It's not like I need the latest trends, but i prefer not to wear clothing that is not "old fashioned" so to speak. Just because you're tall does not mean that your sense of style goes out the window. I mean for goodness sake's designers use tall models for their clothing lines on the runway.
So the good part about the store is that they do have long inseams such as 36 an even 38 if you need. The downside is there is not a lot of styles that I would purchase. Its mostly Fuddy dud stuff. So when something does come up, that's actually not an old person style then I jump on it. There has been some really amazing maxi dresses that definitely was an an add to cart. Finding a long maxi dress that gives me the length is difficult so this site wins hands down. I'm hoping that they come up with more relevant styles so I can purchase more items down the road.
The shipping itself is not that expensive. Im in canada too so about 15.00 is reasonable. And if you search on the Internet, you can usually find a coupon to add for about 10 to 15% off so that is an added bonus tip. The best part best part though in my opinion, is the no extra charges bonus. What this means is their is no hard duties awakening. Literally, no duties. I have ordered from pretty much every other store online and there is always a duties attack. Not here. Just shipping and BC taxes. For additional info, I'm in BC Canada so the shipping does take about two weeks to receive an item. I have had to do a rare return. And that was because of an error on my part on sizing. The return is about $10 and they send you a label for that. Once they receive the item, you get your money back. The place is 100% legit and will keep shopping here. I have a photo with my skinnies that was purchased of the website.

I used to love LTS but ever since they were bought out they have TERRIBLE customer service. I bought two pairs of jeans and both were not what I'd hoped. When I tried to return the system didn't recognize my order number, so I couldn't use the automated system. I tried calling and chatting and because of the time difference could never get someone, so I emailed. They finally sent a return label and I take it to the post office only to find out that it's not paid and that shipping it back will cost me as much as my order. How can an online company not have easy returns?! Now I have 2 pairs of jeans that I don't want and I'm out $100.
The new owners are awful. Charges USA orders shipping to return items, now I wouldn't really care too much about that but the fact that I had to return 2 orders because of their mistake on their size chart is an issue. And they refused to give me a label that was paid in full even though it was their fault I was needing to return, twice. So I gave up because they kept giving me "hand wavey" answers blaming it on other people as to why they can't provide excellent customer service, and I paid the $20 shipping cost again. It's funny because they blamed their courier for the shipping cost as if I am unaware a courier would charge a business to use their services. I highly doubt I will be shopping with them again with such low standards for customer service. I wish the old owners still owned long tall Sally. They didn't charge shipping for returns and had amazing customer service. Really sad that the only company that sells a wide variety of tall clothing for women has gone down hill so fast and so hard.

I ordered pants this time around and returned them all. Prior I ordered a dress. Before that I ordered pants when they were owned by the previous owners.
I had shopped with LTS (Long Tall Sally) and spent a lot of money over the years. But with an order in May 2022, delivered June 6th by Globale UK Limited (Tax ID#177 9006 80), they have not permitted me to return items starting June 14th. Their online return site does not allow my email address and order number to be entered; their customer service phone line has "circuits busy" for weeks now that I've tried; their email customer service indicates that my emails have been received, but I never get an answer. Online Chat doesn't work. Of course now when I try, I get a message that I'm outside of my return window. DO NOT USE LONG TALL SALLY FROM THE USA!

If you order clothing from this company, they keep noting on their Website and in emails that they have great customer service. But pay attention that when they claim this, they do not provide ways to contact them by phone or email, just through their Website, which doesn't work. My experience is from USA, perhaps there is better customer service within the UK.

I am not happy with the quality of clothing since LTS was taken over. The clothing options and colors are left to be desired. The quality of the fabric is poor and most of the clothing does not have any lining. The waist of most dresses are too high and are not designed for tall ladies. I was a dedicated customer to LTS in the past, but now I have to get my clothing somewhere else.
Sent jeans that were completely not true to size. I had them less than 24 hours which is visible to them. The tag came off while I was trying them on. NO REFUND OR RETURN POSSIBLE. BEWARE! NOT TRUE TO SIZE. THEY CHARGE $20 TO RETURN AND WILL NOT ACCEPT AT ALL IF TAG CAME OFF¡!
I'm waiting on my refuns since june 4th, I WAS a costumer for more than 15 years but since the take over, it's a disaster. If you don't want to lose your money, STAY AWAY!
