The dresses are absolutely beautiful a hundred percent true to the pictures! I will say I ordered my daughter an extra small, (as other companies a small was to big), which couldn't even go over our bulldogs head. They refunded me via store credit hours within sending them proof of return! I then, (which I should have done in the first place), measured my daughter, and purchased the size according to their measurements. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect fit! I have 3 daughters, so know I will be a returning customer, as they are great!

Do not purchase from Lucy in the Sky. They have such cute styles, but the clothing quality is so bad. I ordered 4 items and once I received 2 of them and saw how bad the quality was. I was horrified. The dresses were way too short - they barely covered my butt. I ordered a size larger and they still didn't fit.
I ordered a dress on January 17 for my daughter's upcoming event on February 10. Before I even placed the order, I was sure to check delivery dates. The delivery option said shipped within 5-6 business days. Only AFTER I got the order confirmation was I notified that the dress wouldn't even SHIP until the 14th of February! I have emailed them 3 separate times, including one immediately after ordering. I have not gotten a single acknowledgement. Horrible customer service!

I wear a size 12, and the size 12 they shipped me barely fit over one leg. After I explained the situation, they repeatedly insisted they would only offer me a store credit despite not carrying my actual size. They weren't rude per se, but they were deeply unhelpful. If they don't offer refunds, they should have made this much more clear during purchase. I feel tricked and pissed off. Guess I'll be donating clothes to charity.

Honestly the dress is cute and looks like the picture. It fit me well but the quality was giving worst than shein literally fast fashion asf. It looks like I bought it for $5 from a flea market. I was thinking about returning but then I saw that they only offered store credit…. They must have a lot of people request for returns. The back stitching of the zipper isn't even straight and the zipper is sooooo cheap and overall just super poorly made $57 for the dress which isn't crazy expensive but come on …. You'll find better quality at TJ maxx.
You risk throwing money away ordering from here. My daughter's dress fit poorly, wasn't adjustable, and we could only receive store credit instead of a refund. Other sites have more understanding return policies so I suggest visiting them first. Do not order anything from here if you don't see how you'll be able to adjust it or you have a LOT of time before you need it so you can return the item that doesn't fit, wait for them to credit you, then order a replacement using the store credit.

Ordered dress 8/25. It is now 11/21 and still no dress and needless to say, way past the date and occasion I needed it for. They will not refund you. Only give store credit. At this rate I really don't want to use my store credit to shop at this store along with everyone else! Although I may just purchase something-anything and then donate to Goodwill….that way they are not sitting on my money collecting interest. Greedy $#*!s. Included is a picture of the dress I never received.

Incredibly scammy and misleading. Purchased a dress that ended up not fitting well, went to return only to learn that they only offer store credit refunds. I am now out $50 with my only option being to choose another ill-fitting, cheap piece of garbage. These companies are a dime a dozen, you can 100% find another that actually values customer service.

I had originally left a bad review. I ordered a dress for my daughter and noticed the shipping said it wouldn't get here until a month later. I immediately asked them to cancel and refund. Their return policy says they only offer store credit. After writing several emails with no response, I finally heard from someone saying they would cancel and refund within 10 days. Fingers crossed!
Their return policy is truly awful, as well as their shipping. They tell you it will deliver on a specific date but that is never accurate, and generally it takes over a month for items to arrive. They don't do refunds and will give partial credit back, so if you need to try something on it's basically useless unless you want to wait months to get the size you need. Quality isn't even amazing especially for the price. Avoid buying here there are so many places that have better and cheaper dresses with a legit return policy.

Their clothes are hit or miss. Customer service is fine after they finally get back to you. I'm just so sick of ordering things and having the shipping estimate be wildly inaccurate. They give me an estimated delivery date and the item will still have not shipped a month after that. I've cancelled 3 orders already because of this.

I placed an order and was waiting for more than a month. I emailed them to check if my order still hasn't shipped, please cancel and give me a refund. They said they will refund me within 10 days without any explainations for their lateness. I have been waiting for almost three weeks and still haven't got my money back.
I don't care how good are their dresses and I don't even want to know. There are thousands other options. Don't waste your time here!

We ordered a dress on 9/6. It is 9/23... no dress. I reached out to customer service numerous times and have not had a response. They do not have number to call. You either have to be put in a que in live chat with at least 100 people ahead of you or wait 48 hours for someone to respond to your email. I emailed on 9/16... noone has contacted me.
This is the only time I ever have ordered something online when the seller would only give store credit. BEWARE. Caveat emptor. Yes, it says so on the website -- READ THE FINE PRINT. However, our order arrived two days late and was not usable, therefore, for my daughter's graduation. The package was never opened -- and sent back immediately. Yet Lucy in the Sky refuses to give a refund. Don't take the risk and give them your money. Every other online retailer gives you 21 - 30 days minimum to get a full refund for unworn clothing.

NO REFUNDS! Store credit only. I've never encountered an online retailer like this. How would you even know if something would fit or if you'd like the quality? Why just give your money to a site without the opportunity to try and return an item?

Absolutely terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The reps copy and paste generic statements to your emails and don't actually solve any issues. They don't offer refunds, only store credits and when you use the store credit to buy something you have to pay for shipping and the item never arrives. I had to do a charge back from my credit card company to get my refund back.
Absolutely terrible, ordered a dress for a wedding event 3 months before & the dress still hadn't shown. I contacted them they gave me a $25 credit for the store while I wait which was promised to come weeks ago still never arrived! Honestly super upsetting I really was excited at first just to be let down twice. Definitely do not recommend buying from Lucy in the sky I never typically wrote reviews but this situation was just emails saying " sorry we have a delay" then don't put a guaranteed date if it's not true! Also a entire month past that date. They said they would give a refund should process so we will see! At least they did that don't promote your site everywhere for months and delivered deal messages if you can't even get your products out at a decent time!

I purchased a dress in 9/1/22 with a delivery date of 9/16-9/24. Dress arrived 10/4. After the event I was planning on wearing it. I return the dress on 10/18, Lucy in the Sky confirmed receipt of dress and said I would receive a refund in 10 days. No refund was received. I emailed again on 11/7. They promised I would receive a refund in 5 days. No refund received. I emailed again on 11/25. No response.
At this point, 3 months after purchasing a dress, I have no dress and I'm out $64. How is this legal?

I ordered a Bella Pleated Romper in White XXS on August 5,2022, which arrived March 23,2023 (it took OVER 6 months to arrive!). Not only did the dress arrive OVER 6 months late, it arrived with a STAIN on it (see photo). The dress cannot be worn and it arrived months after it was ordered and Lucy in the Sky will not honor a return or offer store credit. I wish to warn others to save their money and not deal with such a poor quality retailer. One star is being generous. I tried to upload a PDF of my proof of purchase but I kept receiving an error message asking for correct format.

They wasted no time taking my money but today is 10/7 and I have not received a tracking number and they have not replied to my last email I sent them yesterday. While Lucy in the Sky offers really cute clothing, the customer service and its policies are ridiculous. I placed an order of five dresses, and it's taken well over a month for all of them to arrive, even when the shipping date was said to be much earlier. Also, the sizing is so inconsistent and doesn't really seem to follow the size chart they have on their site. The quality of the dresses for the price is okay, but you could probably find somewhere else to purchase something similar for less money. Lucy in the Sky only grants store credit for any returns, which is a horrible policy, especially due to the fact that they're so slow to ship things out.

If you order something, be sure that you are okay with getting store credit for a refund because the sizing is incredibly inconsistent, and things will fit differently depending on the fabric and cut. Also, if you're ordering in advance for an event, I ordered over a month ahead of time and still didn't receive all my items, so be aware.
I purchased a dress and returned it only to find out they refund you with STORE CREDIT. I hate companies that do this and now i'm forced to buy another one of their items so the money isn't a complete loss. AND it expires in one year! I am absolutely livid. I was going to make this one of my new go to stores but not anymore! I will no longer be recommending this store.

They are very unprofessional I order my dress August 30 and the dress had a estimated shipping timeframe between September 14- 23.
The dress still didn't arrived so I email them nicely and sent back an automated response which just said that they received my payment and they can't help with shipping. So do not buy from them.

Do NOT purchase from this scam of a company. They take your money, and you will most likely NEVER see your purchase! Ordered back in Sept- never heard anything about shipping, so emailed several times- no response. Called- phone just rings and rings. They should be out of business! I filed a complaint with the BBB and filed a dispute with my CC company. Many, many friends also experiencing same with them. Order from companies who are legit and actually care about delivering their products to honest consumers!
