The woman that cancelled my account's name was Angela. She was the only one responding to my emails. That's a little strange. Reputable services always have more than one customer service representative. I went back on the website and opened another ticket. I believe I opened about 5 in total because none of them would respond. Angela would respond within minutes through email but their chat ticket that is meant to be practically instant took longer? Makes no sense. I was intentionally ignored and here's why. I called out Angela for their fraudulent trial promotion. They tried charging me for a free bottle of MDAcne. One of their promotions around December said I could get two free bottles and only pay $9 as a trial. She didn't like me arguing with her because she tried to explain her way out of it and started taking what I said personally (Is this your business?) So she literally cancelled my account. Then after telling her I still want the services and I have the money to pay for the next bottle, she ignored me. I know what you're thinking. Just reactivate the account and make sure your debit card information is there with sufficient funds. Problem. Where it says to resubscribe to the service after clicking the button it says, "This action cannot be performed." I tried a million times. I went back into the chat ticket to explain what is going on. Of course, no response. I email her back and she was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional. Tried berating me for no reason. At some point again I checked to see if there was any messages at all through live chat and all of a sudden that is blocked too and I can't access it. This company is sketchy and this woman is the biggest Karen in the world to cancel and ban me from resubscribing all because I pointed out a billing error. Stay clear. One last thing. Their websites states that they make a special formula for your skin. This isn't true. They only have two types of MDAcne pills. They do not formulate it for you.
