One word BEWARE! The other reviews are spot on. This company makes it impossible to do a return. The quality of the clothing is a 360 from what is pictured online. Once I received my items the next day I immediately reached out for a refund label as nothing was included in the packaging which immediately made me suspicious. No packing slip nothing. With a few brief conversations and a maze of taking a video of the item and the front of the packing material it took them 15 days to "approve" my return. As was mentioned in another review you also had to include the original tracking of the packaging and include a receipt of your order which I did not receive a paper receipt so I will have to log into WhatsApp and print the digital receipt of my original order. It's now past the 30 days of being able to return. I'm probably not going to return the items now because on top of the cost I will be paying postage to return them so I will be out more money I'm probably going to contact the better Business bureau.
Same as other reviews. The blouses did NOT come Looking like the pics Nor the Sizes were correct. I've emailed & replied to texts & have not received ONE SINGLE RESPONSE! But Sure as Hell have been Receiving PLENTY of Offers to Buy More JUNK!
I'd give this company a.01 Star but 1.0 is as Low as it will go! NEVER Ordering again! Besides, it took over 3 weeks to arrive!
You can even tell there has been a Second Label showing for CA put over the Original Label & I was able to pull off the Top label enough to see the Original label was from China! Explains A LOT!
What a BS company. First of all I ordered two items. Neither one of them fit correctly or looked like the picture. So I followed there very complicated return instructions and never received a refund. You can not call customer service because the number goes straight to voicemail and emailing is a joke. I have been corresponding with Amanda Long since November and all I have been told is that I have to wait 3 to 5 business days so they can process my refund. It has been two months. I don't know why it would take two months to process a refund. Besides that trying to even get a response as a joke I must've emailed her 30 times before I get response and then of course I never got a response the last email
I highly do not recommend that you shop from this site.
Items received do not match the pictures being advertised. Poor quality, poorly sized. Go to a site you trust.
I ordered a dress from the website. The picture definitely looked different than what I got. I thought different material and a different color. So I wanted to return the item. Then I found a customer service number that goes right to voicemail. So I finally then got a hold of someone through email and there were so many instructions. Apparently I didn't send them a routing number so they refused the return and returned the dress back to me. I had to pay for that dress to go all the way across the United States. They want me to send them back the dress with the routing number that I don't have anymore. So it looks like I am going to take a big hit, plus I have some blouses that I was going to return but it ends up costing more. I feel like they're scamming me.
Tip for consumers:
I'll never use this site again.

None because the items either did not fit, or the I thought the item was different material and a different color.
