I bought a mobile in myefox in february 2014. Besides I han to pay import taxes for an amount of 40 % of the price of tha mobile. They told me that they send the preducts from Spain, but they lie. In july 2014 the screen was completely broken. After months of dending emails thay sent my in october a 2nd hand mobile which was completely useless. I couldnt talk by the the mobile because nobody could ear my voice.

Dopo un anno, ho un telefono che non funziona, lento, con una batteria che dura poco, lo schermo non gira, e il segnale WiFi si perde spesso, questo telefono, umi z, fa schifo, continui lag e bag, bisogna spegnerlo spesso e non mantiene ciò che promette. L'assistenza mi ha tenuto i ballo per mesi facendomi spendere tanti soldi per inviare il cellulare e non mi hanno rimborsato un centesimo. Chi ma seguito mi ha sistemato il cellulare poi, dopo una settimana si è rotto ancora. Inclassificabile. Voto zero. Ho fatto già denuncia.

Ho comprato un Cubot H2. Dopo diversi mesi è caduto e si è rotto. Ho chiesto aiuto all'assistenza poichè in garanzia e non solo si sono offerti di ripararmelo ma mi hanno proposto la sostituzione con uno nuovo ad un prezzo di favore. Ho fatto due conti e poichè la spedizione per rimandarlo in Cina era costosa ho optato per la sostituzione. Il nuovo cell è inoltre arrivato con due omaggi, una microsd ed una cover. Superlativi!

It has been almost 3 months since I have paid for a mobile which I have never received.
It is intolerable for a company to tell me that they are a respectable company jet do not send me the mobile nor give me any solutions.

I am totally disappointed, I actually thought it was a serious company.

Only 2 orders out of 3 received... without promised freebies of course.
Now they say my VISA card is no good although they have my money and will not send me my 3rd order.
VERY poor after sales service. May even be internet thieves by the looks of it.
The order follow up is completely inefficient and confusing so it is impossible to understand if your order is actually being processed or not...
That's how I made a third order involuntarily thinking the second hadn't been registered... Now I can't get either my money back or the goods.
BEWARE!

Yes, you can believe the reviews here about them. They are that bad! If you order any electronics like a tablet, be ready to be stuck with a doorstop because it will not work and they will not provide any after-sales service to help you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I placed an order for a android tablet 2 weeks ago and paid upfront for it through moneybookers, They still have not shipped even though i paid for the special DHL postage, and i have sent loads of e-mails without a single reply from them, they also have an MSN contact which is useless as they are never online. I have asked moneybookers if it is possible to retrieve the ammount paid so am waiting on that.

"This company tried to back out of sending me the items I purchased until after I opened a dispute with paypal, then proceeded to harass me about closing the dispute. I finally received the items, but out of 7 items, only 2 were right. I bought a iPad sticker skin, they sent a book of stickers. I ordered a clear iPad hard case, and got dark grey silicon case for a different tablet so it won't even fit. I bought a Beauty and the Beast iPhone case, I got Porkie Pig. I ordered a cow print case, I got paw print. I ordered a video game controller designed iPhone case, I got a poor replica that wasn't even close. When I complained, I was ignored until I escalated my paypal claim. The company tried to pacify me with coupons for future purchases, which I promptly told them to shove. This is an absolute SCAM! Don't waste your time or money. "

Complain to the GSM device that is not in accordance to the specification published internet stores,
The unit I sent the seller
After 6 months came to a phone that matches your desired specifications.
The package that I took at the post office was not damaged.
In the package is s trading box, not the manufacturer box.
In the box is a device that is damaged by long term usage, battered, scratched, dirty.
If I bought a second hand on eBay would get better.
For the price I paid, I got a device second hand in extremely poor condition, after 6 months of waiting.
Even such a new device is a fraud, Embedded software is below average, free software from net.

Conclusion:
The company lives on scams, people are acquiring of garbage, the owner uses PayPal for advertising, with the intention of cheating customers.

In short: very bad after sale experience, worst ever actually: waiting for smart phone been repaired since end of January 2015, more then 10 weeks.

I had bought 2 Sim SmartPhone, living in Europe country were sales of 2 Sim's capable phone are very limited, at 7th January 2015, for HUAWEI HONOR 6 phone (http://www.myefox.fr/huawei-honor-6-32g-hisilicon-kirin-920-17ghz-octa-core-5-pouces-ips-1080p-android-44-lte-4g-smartp-g-*******). Received package 10 days later, already anticipating start use to use of new gadget, when realized that second Sim slot not functioning.

I had started email exchange with myefox.fr support, and 10 days later we got to common agreement that it's hardware issue, therefore smartphone should be sent for repairs; support had send me long address somewhere in China where i should sent smart phone, explicitly mentioning, that it should not be sent express delivery since it could generate additional expenses due to customs.

6 weeks later, on 12 of March, after couple of querying email, myefox.fr support replied that they had received the phone and they will repair it; in meanwhile i had launched an query at our post services, who also confirmed that package had been delivered successfully to mentioned address.

Starting 5 of May, meaning another 6 weeks waits, i had start to send emails to myefox.fr support claiming where is my phone and if they cannot repair it then they should reimburse sum I had paid for the phone; the reply are ditching even not mentioning possibility of refund, but just be patient... Since they not repairing phones by themselves but sending them to factory for it. Also, they asked to remove any negative review, promising give some gifts later on.

So here I'm, 10 weeks later since phone had been received by support, 16 weeks since it had been sent to support and the only replies that i got from support are: please wait even more. Once they replied if you wish, we can send you used phone instead of new that you ordered, but when I replied that I could accept used phone only if they would reimburse difference between used and new phone, again got the usual please keep waiting reply.

If you wish to play lottery and hope that you would receive device from myefox.fr working first time, bet on it, if not just avoid shopping at this site

I placed an order for X210 on myefox.com last month. Very good, with good quality and competitive price, best service and quick response, friendly communication.
The tablet work well, i can enjoy it with so many apps. Everything goes well and hope the buyer would give some discount off or send with some gifts next time.
Highly Recommended!:)

After receiving the non working tablet it was very difficult to get them to take it back but when they finally did they refused to reimbursement the $25 to ship it back to
China... offering me coupons towards another product! I would never buy from them again... never..

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I don; t know how good or bad the product will be but do not expect prompt delivery if you are in the USA... or do not even expect a delivery date. I am on week three and still await the item, Excuses, excuses...

I placed my order on July 18th, 2011, and today is Oct 12,2011, I have not got my parcel till now.
Do they actually sell goods, I assume they are just a website to loot our hard earned money.
They don't even put some responsible person online so that I can talk to him and tell him how have I been put on hold without delivering my parcel for 3 months that too after I paid for "express delivery including insurance cover".

I had no idea by the term express delivery they meant it will take forever to reach the parcel. Kindly suggest me the solution as soon as possible.
Please tell me if they actually the parcel or their is a possibility of refunding the amount.

Kindly note I have been mailing them for more than 2 months. They don't even put some responsible person in charge of this case and ask him to go through the whole story and send the parcel or refund the amount within 2-3 days.

I have been waiting very patiently for the parcel but unfortunately I have got nothing and feel cheated.

Kindly suggest if their is a way out,

So far really good, If you do a live chat on their website you can talk to them right away!
(Bonnie is the best person to talk with, so helpful!) I haven't bought from this website yet but I will within the next week or so (will update after order)

Update:
Forgot to change my review... I didn't buy from them, wouldn't buy from them... and I really DON'T suggest you buy from them. They were kind of helpful at first but it really is not worth it at all. Buy in the USA or wherever you actually live, it might be more expensive but at least your more likely to get what you want with the quality that you payed for...

They are selling knockoffs MYEFOX are a scam... I ordered a 10 in android tablet from them got it after waiting almost a month the box says superpal not superpad it was not sealed and it didn't even have the converter in the box when i contacted them {Bonnie) the woman i talked to with the live chat option on the site told me if i buy something else they would gladly send me the converter that was supposed to be in my box any ways! I managed to find a charger but the unit still didn't seem to be charging properly and it was flicking to a white screen no matter what i was doing on the tablet. I set it aside let it charge overnight the next morning i get on and it will only load to the android screen hasn't worked since now i am stuck with a hundred fifty dollar piece of junk and that's not including all of the accessories i bought to go with it, now they are not responding to emails I have contacted them through pay pal email and through their site, and don't bother calling the number is always busy i have contacted pay pal and my credit card company to get my money back next time i will go with US top seller instead of taking my chances, warning stay away from MYEFOX! Bad products and bad customer service!
