Have canceled all my orders stating out of stock on any sales. Definitely not trustworthy. No asking about waiting or anything, just cancel and refund. Very unprofessional and implies fake or info gathering scam.

I just started my anesthesia residency and would like to treat myself with a better stethoscope. I ordered a Littman Master II stethoscope with engraving a week ago. It arrived in 2 days after I placed the order online. It arrived in perfect condition and the engraving is impeccable. The price is also 40% cheaper than other websites. Highly recommended!

It's been more than 2 weeks and I have not received ANY word about my engraved order except "processing." Thought it'd be a good idea to order from here since it's listed on the official Littman sellers, but I regret ordering from this website. Disappointed.

Paid extra to get my stethoscope delivered in time. It came multiple days late. Customer service lied about the day it arrived. I checked everyday for it and it never came. Very rude customer service. They are completely unreliable.

I had a great experience with mystethoscope.com. I purchased an engraved Littmann stethoscope for my son. The customer service (live chat) was very helpful in helping me choose the right model and the laser engraving looked sharp. I would buy again!

I placed an order on 8/4/2020. I paid with the amazon account link and I was told my order would arrive by Monday. I was emailed on 8/5/2020 saying that my order was under fraud review and to call *******811. I called this number and was told no one was available and I was hung up on. Then I received an email from Olga. I responded saying to cancel my order, that I had already called and was hung up on and didn't want service from an unprofessional company like this. She then called me on 8/7/2020 from some weird area code and left me a message saying to call the same number provided in the email to verify my order. I called back and was hung up on once again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is a scam, and they will charge your account even if you have not received your order.

Buying my first stethoscope from MyStethoscope.com has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had. I ordered my stethoscope on August 1 rush delivery and it was sent to the wrong address!

It has been so frustrating trying to work with this company to figure out what happened and how to get my stethoscope! I have called their number five times since I realized on August 7 that the shipment went to the wrong address and the package was sent back to the manufacturer. Each time I've called, I'm told that this is a complicated case and it will be passed on to higher-ups to figure out what happened and that I'd be receiving a call/email back within 48 hours. It's now been over two weeks of trying to get an answer.

If you're buying a stethoscope that you will be using soon (which will be most buyers), you will be much better off buying from a different source! At least in my case, MyStethoscope.com has only proved to be a rip-off!

This website is legit in the fact that I received the stethoscope that was delivered and they did reach out when the address showed up as incorrect. Although, my boyfriend got me this stethoscope as a gift and it turns out I can't use it on the unit I'm on. We reached out to make a return and they told us we need to send it back with the receipt and a note of why we don't need it. This item was delivered about a week ago in great condition and we haven't heard anything from them nor received a refund. We tried calling and no one answered. These stethoscopes are not cheap and I don't think it's right that they aren't communicating effectively and efficiently. I would really like my refund.

Let me start by saying this review is not for the Lithmans 3200 stethoscope which is a good one as far as i can tell. This review however is for the horrible customer service at my stothoscope.com. I have never come across people like this in my online shopping experience and I shop online frequently. The stethoscope received was defective and have been unable to speak to anyone at my stethoscope.com. The do not respond to emails and when you call you get a voicemail which says they will call you within 24hours. Well after leaving about 10 voicemails I am not sure what time zone they are on since have never received a call back. I would not recommend that anyone shop here. It's a little irritating when you spend $400 on a stethoscope and engraving that you cannot reach anyone. I will be sure to take this up with the authorities. These people deserve to be shut down.
