Buying my first stethoscope from MyStethoscope.com has been the worst consumer experience I have ever had. I ordered my stethoscope on August 1 rush delivery and it was sent to the wrong address!

It has been so frustrating trying to work with this company to figure out what happened and how to get my stethoscope! I have called their number five times since I realized on August 7 that the shipment went to the wrong address and the package was sent back to the manufacturer. Each time I've called, I'm told that this is a complicated case and it will be passed on to higher-ups to figure out what happened and that I'd be receiving a call/email back within 48 hours. It's now been over two weeks of trying to get an answer.

If you're buying a stethoscope that you will be using soon (which will be most buyers), you will be much better off buying from a different source! At least in my case, MyStethoscope.com has only proved to be a rip-off!
