I ordered a 700 euro hollow body guitar and it arrived damaged. Delivery services can be very rude but to ship a hollowbody just in a box without any extra protection is not smart... they really dont pack well so i advice anyone not to order with them with shipping. The strap button on the bottom collapsed and the wood is broken. I could see inside of the body. It was the last model available sobthey could not return me an other copy... they just offered me a refund of 50 euros. After complaining and negociating they offered a bit more but not the amount to fix the guitar. It is just rediculous.
How such a big Company loves its face with such actions... I really don't understand it.

I needed a blade and ring for a discontinued blender. I had the part numbers. The only thing that the website said was that those parts were discontinued, and did not recommend identical parts that differed only by number. A good replacement website would have done that. I had to communicate with the manufacturer to get the numbers of equivalent parts. Once I had those numbers I was able to order them without difficulty.

I enjoy the convenience of purchasing postage and shipping from my home, especially since the pandemic but, when things go wrong, it's almost impossible to get in touch with someone who can help and the accounting department is horrible! I switched my connected account, for monthly payment a now they hit BOTH for the payment. I've been waiting to hear from someone for days.

So the cash out was decent. The main problem is that I've used other sites to do paid surveys and games for money ECT and the time it takes to send money to my PayPal account is less than 5 minutes. But ny $10 took 6 days to receive. Which is annoyingly to long.
