I wrote several times on AI driven support on App but to total dismay. Later I even wrote o support email id where again it asked me to write back on same useless app.There is absolutely no real customer centric approach.

11may2023- Unfortunately I installed the ola app again and guess what happened with me
When I made the payment, ola charged 92 rupees against commute charges and at the time of payment it was nor reflecting anywhere in the app
1.Driver asked me to pay again and said that the deducted amount will returned to you. But I didn't get the money back.
2. Charges was 201 whereas driver charged it 216. Which is again disappointing
I will make sure that will neither use this app nor recommend to anyone

Yesterday I booked a cab from ola app. While booking the fare was Rs. 782/- when I reached my destination it suddenly showed Rs. 1558/- which made trouble to me. This is not the right way to charge from passenger. Plz look into the issue.

Ola cab drivers charge you in cash and later Ola money also gets debited. This happened to me recently and despite my registering the complaint and writing an Email to *******@olamoney.com they have been harassing me with continuous calls demanding that I pay up. Guys avoid Ola cabs until it is necessary or you will end up as a victim of their fraud.

Tip for consumers:
Ola Cabs try to swindle you if you are not vigilant. Driver charges you in cash and you get bill for payment later from Olamoney.

This is to inform you that even after repeatedly talking to ola customer care my refund amount is not being given back. I have also given my account details to them, still these people are not giving my money back.

These are the details that Ola has taken more money from me.

I had booked a cab on Saturday from Delhi to UP, after picking us driver denied to drop us on final destination and suggested us to changed drop location to Delhi so we did the same as it was lockdown in Up but later when bill was counted it came complete amount include toll tax of 100 rs but driver had dropped us in delhi only, still cheaters ola people are charging toll tax amount. On mailing them they are sending me invoice in which drop location was of UP and toll tax was included. They are looters

I generally don't review, but, my experience with Ola is such that I was forced to do it.

The most pathetic service provider of India is Ola. I took a ride where they took a wrong location for my drop and we understood it after the ride started, I was willing to change the drop location and take the ride but the driver was rude and said he won't go. I stopped him then and there and said will pay for his time. Ola cherged me Rs. 96 for taking nowhere, wherein their drivers just leave someone out in any situation and anywhere as it was raining. I asked him to wait for the payment so that I could file a complaint to their support but he just was not agreeing for anything.

After such experiences the best part is they won't even allow you to rate the drivers.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Last month I booked ola auto and paid the amount to the driver also but now I am getting the message from ola like you have ola postpaid of ₹288. In the month of June also I got the same message and paid both driver and to the company. From the customer care also not getting the proper responce. If we don't pay this amount we will get one automatic call like we will file a complaint against you. They are threatening customers.

All drivers are accepting rides only for cash. After paid, Ola CC team continously following for payment by Ola money (second time) for same ride. Gettiing nuisance calls and messages from after explained tons of times.Very very worst Cab service. Will advice to all contacts to avoid OLA CABS

Unreliable in India. Drivers have liitle or no experience with GPS, the whole ola system. Many cabs report late, many do'nt report at all. Catching flights, trains can be a harrowing experience.

My experience was very bad driver not come on spot and while my traveling he was continually talking on Phone. And after the drop from me extra charges given from driver and after completing to ola no one replied to me this is right?

People never use this fu**king service. They are frauds and cheaters billed unnecessary amount even without riding. Ride was only for 3 km and their stupid driver charged for 11 km.

Driver Amarsingh on8th August snatched my phone cancelled my ride on my way from Noida to Karol Bagh delhi.he is a criminal.he forcefully made me do a Paytm of 2068 in the name ofTushal mittal.if any ola authority is reading this take a strict action against this criminal.

Harged Rs.60/- as the entre fee and the fare of 87/- to the same place was hiked to Rs174/-
I ended up paying total 294 => 234 to OLA and 60/- to the entry fee in cash.
I raised this issue with OLA - who refunded Rs15/-

I have been a long time customer using Ola Cabs for Outstation and Local travels, for a few years now. I've had some small issues and a couple of big ones, however today, there were two big issues in a row, hence I am forced to write this socially.

Today (30th March) I booked an outstation ride on Ola today in the morning from Delhi to Dehradun, as I had to reach there urgently.

(Ref: CRN: **************)

Shortly, a driver accepted the ride. He however called me and asked me to cancel the ride and he said that he will by-pass Ola and will take me to Dehradun offline, as he will not get much after paying Ola Commission.

I questioned him as to why he took the booking in the first place and why shouldn't he cancel as I will have to pay the cancellation charges!
To that he didn't respond and also didn't cancel.

I had no choice but to try to get support from the Ola Cabs.
Every time I tried to report the issue via the Ola Cabs app, it gave an error saying -

'Sorry we are currently experiencing a technical issue. Please try again after sometime.'

I was getting frustrated and with no help on that end, I tried calling the support on the phone using the 'Call Us' Option.

After several attempts (repeat several), I managed to speak with a customer service representative who asked me to cancel the ride and that they will ensure that I will not be charged cancellation charges.

They also asked me to book the ride again.
I did the same and a new driver picked up the ride.

It turned out that this new driver was a friend of the old driver! And they were parked next to each other.
I found this out when my new driver who picked me up, passed the old driver's car and honked, and they both laughed.
The new driver also told me that he was a friend of the old driver that was holding you up!

During the ride the new driver was constantly on the phone. Furthermore he was very loud on the phone.

After driving a short distance he asked me to make a payment of Rs.3000 online as one of his loan payments was due by the end of today.
This was weird and I said that I will pay in cash after the trip. After this he was complaining and started driving erratically. I had to hold on to the 'grab handles' in the car several times.
He was aggressive also at times raging at other drivers and on a few occasions we narrowly missed having accidents!

His Air Conditioning in the car was always set too low and he was constantly stopping me from opening the window, saying that the AC was on. I was feeling hot and sweaty during most of the trip.

After driving for some time he stopped at a CNG filling station and asked me for Rs.2000 in cash as he had to get the CNG gas filled up. In order to keep him calm, I readily complied.

Nearing the end of the trip he was looking a bit agitated and I was feeling uncomfortable so I decided to end the trip slightly earlier, around 7Km before my destination.
This is because I feared that he might get more upset as it was nearing the office rush time.

After ending the trip the driver charged me Rs. 900 in Tolls between Delhi and Dehradun!
I travel this route regularly and have never paid this much in toll charges!

He definitely ripped me off, as the total fare that I paid was Rs.6100, which is the maximum I have paid via Ola Cabs for Delhi to Dehradun rides.
It almost felt like he was taking revenge for his driver friend.

I had to take a local 3-Wheeler to get to my destination of 7Kms:(

After this experience, I am totally gutted and disappointed! I feel cheated!

The outstation Ola drivers are not reliable and in my experience cannot be trusted at all!
For long journeys they encourage you to cancel the ride, as they are eyeing on the big commission that they will have to pay Ola.
Moreover they come with dirty, sometimes broken, and cars with Air-conditioning that doesn't work properly or they don't want to use extra fuel.

Ola should look into this matter seriously and ensure that this doesn't happen again.

For now, count me out of all of Ola Outstation travels!

Hi,

This is regarding my last ola ride which we took for Airport Terminal 3 (CRN *******622) with Driver Sunil Kumar Car No. HR55AP4758)

The car was having a blacklisted MCD toll tax tag which was not getting recharged inspite of several ties. Since we were in hurry to reach the airport, driver asked us to pay the toll in cash. On reaching the toll booth we paid Rs.200/- towards this from our pockets. Inspite of this the driver asked us to get out of the car at a location where it was difficult for us to get another ride with such little time to catch our flight. We were a family with a kid. Inspite of our repeated requests the shameless driver drove away in front of us leaving us high and dry with our luggages. Moreover he did not end the trip also and claimed the money for the ride which we didn't do.

This is a case of

1) cheating as this driver may be adopting this trick to fetch extra money from passengers,

2) safety of passengers (what if, it would have happened in night with somebody especially ladies with kids)

We immediately raised an online compliant with ola app (f*******) which it still unresolved and nobody from ola called us till date on the same.

Please resolve this to take an action on driver as the act us unsafe for passengers and waive of the ride fees which you have charged us.

Else I may have to delete Ola as a trusted brand from my list and this will be my last Ola ride.

I am writing this mail to report a very serious incident which took place with my family on 30-11-201. I booked the ride CRN *******370 with Ola. The Driver called me to ask where I was going and mode of payment. I told him both( Kiran Enclave, 17, Main G. T. Road, near Samrat Hotel, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh *******; Cash). He agreed to come.

When the cab started its journey, I noticed that he was not taking a correct route. I also put my mobile on GPS mode and Google maps. Initially it seemed we were taking an alternate route and I told him to take the turn but he refused. He deliberately turned in the opposite direction and after some time stopped the cab on an unidentified place and said "This is the location where the GPS shows. I have received another booking. So immediately pay and get out. However, he kept the Central lock closed and would not let us get down. He said "I will let you out only after you pay". His attitude was threatening and our position was vulnerable.

To save my wife and son, I gave him the money and got out and he immediately drove away. It was a comparatively desolate place and I felt very afraid. I would also like to mention here that my son is suffering from Autistic Spectrum Disorder, a severe disability. If something happened to us, he would even be able to give his name as his speech is very less.

After enquiring from a man who seemed a little gentle, we realized that he had dropped us opposite to the "TYAGI PETROL PUMP, Gautam Budh Nagar". We crossed the road and stood in-front of the Petrol pump. There were very few people around and it was mid-afternoon.

After some time, an auto was seen and a young boy who was driving it told us that we had been dropped in the opposite direction a good distance away. This Good Samaritan took us to our destination. He told me to not spare that evil driver and also the OLA company as if such thing happened at night, any terrible crime could have to us.

I have complained to OLA but only apologising which they do after any horrible incident(usually the same incident repeats next day) telephonically, they just sent me mail that my "request" has been resolved.

I am deeply shocked at such callous and inhuman attitute of this Company. If anything happens to a vulnerable woman and a disabled child, then every one makes long speeches on prevention of such incidents. A lot media coverage is given to the destroyed family/member. Reknowned people shed crocodile tears. And when such a horrible incident is reported, it is disposed off with callousness and total lack of humanity.

Sir, I request you to immediately intervene and direct the OLA Cabs for my grievance disposal. I want follow the proper channel before going further for justice and retribution. I do not feel this is a Customer related issue but rather an issue of human rights violation. This company Ola-cabs cannot just walk away scot-free after being parley to such a horrifying incident.
