“Useless AI driven customer service”

I took an auto ride at Bangalore. The driver dropped me half way and insisted on cash and even tried amend my journey details by misleading trying to assist for getting in touch with customer care. I wrote several times on AI driven support on App but to total dismay. Later I even wrote o support email id where again it asked me to write back on same useless app.There is absolutely no real customer centric approach.
