Worst customer service EVER! Shipping took forever. Poor quality product. Ordered a size larger and shoes, while labeled the "correct" size, were a good full size and a half smaller. I notified svc dept, and was asked to send a picture, saying it wasn't the money, but the principle. So even tho I was called a liar, I sent a picture of my toe extending beyond the outsole. No answer after a week.

Just like the other reviewers said, don't waste your money. I placed an order back in early May and I'm STILL waiting to get a refund or for my shoes to magically appear. I've been emailing them asking for a refund. All they tell me is that my package is on its way and to wait a few more days. Another 2 weeks goes by and nothing shows up. At this point I'm taking it to my bank to see what they can do. Do not buy from this scam of a company. I never write reviews but people need to be aware. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered pants from Pearlzone early in 2020 and they were delivered within their delivery date. No problems. When i ordered 2 more sets of pants from them on 11. 30. 20, they delivered them in the wrong color (one pale blue, one light grey, when i ordered two in black, and have their records to prove it). I have sent them three emails to the correct 'After Sales' email address requesting replacements be sent right away, and have no response at all in 12 days. Nothing. I will never order from Pearlzone again. They are not reliable and not responsive.

I ordered a pair of sneakers back in April. Online, the shoes looked great and the price was an excellent deal. I paid for them immediately via PayPal. I waited patiently til June and after reading all the negative reviews, I finally got my money back through PayPal after another 21 day wait. Three months is definitely too long to wait for an order that I paid for. I felt the this company had deals that were too good to be true and apparently they are. They seem more of a scam than a legitimate business.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from them April 22 and it is now almost July site says 7 to 10 business days. I have emailed several times about my order and it still says in China. I tried the phone number and it says wrong number. I can't get Noone to contact me about my order or if I can even get a refund. I will never order from them Again...

I have purchased two shirts size XXL. When I received the shirts, the look like size small. But the tags say XXL. They told me if I want to return it the shirts, I have to paid to return back to China and no refund. What kind of company is this? I would never purchase anything from this company again. The company don't know the size difference. Thank you for taking my money.

Purchased/paid for 2 pairs of shoes in may, as of July, I still haven't received them. They were quick to take my money tho!

These guys are a scam. Delivery took 2 months and we received the wrong product. We have tried endlessly to get a refund to no avail. They do not return emails or anything. Don't loose your money like I did!

60+ yr history of purchasing shoes of everything from work, play, dress...This pair has to rate as all time worst in every respect. Overpriced if free, terrible quality, terrible fit.
Please, please don't waste your consideration or $$$

I ordered 2 pair of sandals over a month ago and have not received them.my card was charged as soon as i ordered them. I tried to call the number they have listed but i keep getting this message(not a working number so i emailed them and no answer.go figure. This is very true!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. After 3 months got one pair. When I asked where the rest of my order was, they said it was delivered. I tried multiple times to contact them for the rest of my order and now I can't get any response at all. My order was over a hundred dollars, I am out about 80. Dollars and no 3 pair of shoes!

Ordered 5 pairs of shoes. Sizing was way off. They wanted me to pay for shipping back to China for a refund. Cost as much to return as the refund I was getting. Terrible, terrible company.

I bought shoes from what turned out to be a Chinese scam merchant. I ordered size 13 US Mens shoes, they arrived 6 weeks later. The shoes were a size 11. I tried contacting their customer service, they refused to respond back. I contacted Pay Pal to intervene. PayPal got them to respond, however the Chinese ripoff merchant wanted me to pay for shipping back their product that they screwed the order up on. I told PayPal that I need the merchant to pay for their own shipping and I am already out of money on the order as it is for something that is not my fault. PayPal decided against me and for the merchant. Dont buy from these Chinese thieves they will screw you every time.

I ordered clothes and accessories for around $500 from Pearlzone in June. Countless emails remained unanswered until I spoke to PayPal and got my money refunded in November. My brother had the same problem. Never buy anything from a company based in China.

They are the masters of the bait and switch. They send the wrong size and style and then tell you to return them to China at a cost of three times the shoe cost. P. O. S.

See other reviews before you... I ordered 3 different types of footwear assuming that I was receiving actual hand stitched high quality leather. Bad assumption. Shipping took 3 months. What I received was anything but high quality leather. The dress shoes are basically slippers in black leather. THe soles have zero support. The heals have zero support. THe footbed is about two mm thick and I found black mold and hair strands underneath the lining... The leather is bonded and there is a foul smell instead of a leather smell. I am discarding two pair but I will keep the athletic shoes as they, make an acceptable slip on shoe. Bottom line, make your own or buy elsewhere and save your feet from these poor quality smelly cheap chinese made bonded leather slippers.

THEY DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO ANYONE. DO NOT BE THE NEXT TO BE SCAMMED. I ORDERED SIX WEEKS AGO. RECEIVED A TRACKING NUMBER, WHICH GOES NOWHERE. THEIR PHONE NUMBER IS A NON-WORKING NUMBER. TOTAL SCAM. STAY AWAY.

Site appears to be located in China. I would be cautious as it's not a US site. Returning a product could be prohibitively expensive.

I've ordered some excellent shoes from them. Very comfortable and well made, but they must be a one man show because I placed an order on May 5, and here it is May 29 and the tracking says "it set sail" yesterday. So they took 3 weeks to process my order, then it sat in a distribution center for a week, and now its coming to NY by ocean freight! WTF? Thats another month. Its a pair of light weight summer shoes, maybe they way a 16 oz. I mean 2-3 months for a pair of shoes? Just beware, anything you order from them is going to take forever to get to you.

I ordered a pair of boots on April 24 2020 and after a message saying they wouldn't ship because of covid they finally sent on June 4th then delivered to my house on June 18 2020. The boots looked decent on first inspection and no damage to the bag. But when I opened the bag fully and went to toe up the laces I noticed one of the lace stingers was busted off and with no damage to the bag it only leaves me to think tat they knew about the damage and sent the boots anyway. I laced the boots up anyway I could and took them to walk my dog. They feel cheap but with insoles I feel they would be somewhat decent but the one boot wasn't fully secured. I probably won't be buying off this site again. I even looked at reviews after I placed the order in and wasn't too happy with what I seen and knew I wouldn't be fully happy with my order. They don't seem like a good shop and urge people to look somewhere else before buying from pearlzone. All in all I give the boots a 2 out of 5 and the company a1/5 rating I'm not pleased. They say you get what you pay for but it's not like I paid nothing for them I still feel good money should have got me a good / decent product!
