I have been saying for some time now that I don't need any more clothes (plus current circumstances mean there's nowhere to wear them to anyway). Then I saw this amazing jacket on Facebook! I have a black-sequin blazer which only got me upgraded to the front row for Madonna's last show but this black-sequin biker jacket is everything. I am going to have so much fun wearing it, I'm just getting ready for all the comments I will be getting. I've decided it will be my new signature look!

I found Phix Clothing by accident. As a bit of a clothes addict i was impressed. I have bought from other more well known sites and do occasionally thin my wardrobe out a bit. Not with Phix. It's the sort of stuff you will always want to keep, even if it's only one or two items, as those special pieces in your wardrobe.

I was a Northern Soul boy, Wigan Casino in '78 when i left school. Smart, image conscious and individual. For me Phix ticks all the boxes. Retro with a modern twist, limited runs. I have two box jackets and a longer coat. All exceptionally well made, great quality and detailing. The difficulty for me is prioritising what to buy. So much great stuff. I've never really had to do that before. Not for those who don't like being noticed.

The only down side is the cut. It means you can't be carrying too much extra weight, especially around the middle. I'm about five eight tall, 44 chest and 35 waist. A little shorter in the arms than average and quite broad across the shoulders due to a lot of lane swimming. An XL fits perfect. Jacket, that is. I will be buying shirts soon though.
I had no problems with the customer service. Quick and efficient.

At nearly fifty seven I'm getting excited again about getting dressed up to go out dancing.

I just discovered Phix online and they're exactly the clothing brand I need. My style is a kind of eclectic rockstar vibe, and Phix is just so legit with it. Their clothes look and feel amazing, and the sizing chart combined with their excellent customer service (thanks Rebecca, you effing ROCK) made it easy for me to find a proper fit... and I think we all know that struggle. Phix is dope and I'm absolutely on board.

I have purchased many items from Phix over the past few years and remain a strong supporter. The designs are unique and exemplify what I am looking for in alternative clothing, that just says wow. I cannot get these designs anywhere else! The customer service is outstanding, fast response times, as are the deliveries to my door. Top marks guys!

I can't say enough about this amazing company: Their clothes are TOPS, and their customer service is STELLAR.

I feel so lucky to have literally stumbled upon your company and its website (via an ad I saw embedded in an article on an Oasis fan page, on Facebook, back in the Fall of 2018). Three orders later, and I am so happy! Thank you!

Very happy with the quality of 2 shirts i have bought from Phix clothing, fantastic attention to detail great patterns and colouring on the kaftan shirts. Also very happy with the great customer service, almost instant replies and help from Rebecca on my orders and delivery.
Most definetly recommended and will certainly be using again and again.

IMHO Phix make the coolest clothes in town. The quality of the materials and manufacture are of the highest quality. I have never found a problem with the quality any of the many items i have ordered. If you have any issues with your order (I ordered the wrong size once) then the staff are easy to contact and they provide a friendly and helpful service to resolve you issues as quickly as possible. I highly recommend Phix.

The original post was lost when I posted the response, but long story short:

I bought a tshirt, and it never arrived!

I contacted them, and they gave two different dispatch dates, and after a few emails, I was ignored by their "Customer Service" people; they said that they don't see a reason why the item wouldn't arrive - like if I was lying about a simple tshirt?!

I have never had a problem with a "lost" item, and have bought from several online shops, in Europe and also from the US. Last good experiences were with Asos, Diesel, Jadedlondon and forever21.

To me this company is a scam.

I know it's not your fault, and that maybe u have to save face as part of your job; but this comes a year+ too late and only as a reaction to my post.

I won't waste more time emailing back and forth with your people. Only to be ignored in the end? No time for that!

U can keep the 20euros (of wtv amount it was), I don't care.

Or even better: Maybe u can use that money and pay at least an hour of Customer Service online training for your people, specially for Victoria Rose, who is the one who ignored my last FOUR emails.

I just received the Ruby Jacket and it is amazing the material and fit it is made of, this is my second phix jacket in my closet and it is amazing.

The attention and service from Rebecca is incredible, always attentive and communicated.

I highly recommend acquiring any piece of this amazing brand.

I've recently purchased the Bolt shirt and Bolan scarf, and they both capture the essence of that classic Jagger/Richards 70's style. These now join my leopard kaftan and Hoxton shirt which are also from Phix! Top fabrics, great designs, and quick delivery.

Hi. You can tell from the title of my review that I am not going to be giving a bad review to PHIX. I have quite a large collection of items (3 velvet kaftans 6velvet shirts 2 fabric shirts, faux fur coat paisley pea coat, paisley 60s jacket and velvet 60s jacket)and I cannot fault a thing.The shopping experience I have found to be excellent with some shipping issues being not of a PHIX problem but a result of living in Australia. I'd been looking for a couple of Primal Scream-esque shirts in high street shops and online for ages, and had just about given up hope.
Then Phix popped up on my FB feed and I clicked on the link, not expecting to find what I was looking for.

However, two shirts immediately caught my eye and I decided I had to have them. An extra bonus was that they were in the sale.
After having an online chat with the very helpful Rebecca, who gave great advice on what sizes would fit best, I went for it.

They arrived the next day - super speedy.
And not only do the Starman and Large Polka Dot shirts fit, they feel gorgeous. The velvet, and crushed velvet, material is perfect. And the style made this aging man feel young again.

For help, postage, value, and style, Phix have a new fan.

Phix is definitely one of the best online clothing stores, the clothes are well designed, I have never personally had any bother with them in terms of deliveries and anything I've ordered has come, my only problem is they need to get bigger and design more.
