What I bought wasn't delivered the first time because nobody was at home, I wrote them asking to send it again and leave it in the postbox, and they did within days of my email. Good service!

WOW, I'M AMAZED TO SEE SO MANY POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY MUST BE FAKE!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM!

I RECOMMEND YOU TO INVESTIGATE ONLINE ABOUT THESE THIEVES BEFORE YOU LOSE YOUR MONEY!

The original post was lost when I posted the response, but long story short:

I bought a tshirt, and it never arrived!

I contacted them, and they gave two different dispatch dates, and after a few emails, I was ignored by their "Customer Service" people; they said that they don't see a reason why the item wouldn't arrive - like if I was lying about a simple tshirt?!

I have never had a problem with a "lost" item, and have bought from several online shops, in Europe and also from the US. Last good experiences were with Asos, Diesel, Jadedlondon and forever21.

To me this company is a scam.

I know it's not your fault, and that maybe u have to save face as part of your job; but this comes a year+ too late and only as a reaction to my post.

I won't waste more time emailing back and forth with your people. Only to be ignored in the end? No time for that!

U can keep the 20euros (of wtv amount it was), I don't care.

Or even better: Maybe u can use that money and pay at least an hour of Customer Service online training for your people, specially for Victoria Rose, who is the one who ignored my last FOUR emails.

Sadly you haven't left us any information that i can use to look into this for you, but from what you have said it sounds like you placed an order using an untracked service and the carrier had some issues delivering the parcel to you. If you email us (info@phixclothing.com) we can look into this for you now to see if there is anything we can do. Again we apologise for any poor service you have received but within the past year we have put systems and processes in place to avoid ever having issues like this again.
