Ordered a personalized, engraved locket and the name was crooked. This explains why I got a shipping notice less than 2 hours after I ordered a detailed, engraved locket on 4 sides. It was very cheap looking which is shocking given the cost of the item. Pretty pathetic that they would ship out such a low quality product, and then not allow returns on customized jewelry. Total scam.

Bought lockets that wouldn't close. They were dishonest about replacing them. Once i informed them my bank was involved that asked me to stop the dispute, without my knowledge deposited cash in my account 107 $ calling it a melting fee. Run from. This company

Buyer beware. The quality is extremely poor. I purchased about 3 years ago and loved it! This time around it won't even leave the packing. I bought it to honor my dad, very sad I will never wear this one. The bage on the left is what came today, the right 3 years ago so much better back then. I had to enlarge the photo to actually see the engraving on the badge today.

This company is the worst. I ordered a $600 item for delivery to Toronto. 11 days later I still don't have the item, tracking shows it's still in NY. Customer services is non existent. They just don't care. I sure wish I'd checked them out before I made my order. I'll never do business with these clowns again.

Purchased a graduation ring with expedited shipping. Worst decision I've ever made dealing with this company.
I should have known better being as how they "produce" rings quickly.
The quality of the work is terrible and they obviously have no quality control system before it's shipped out to you.

Everything about the ring was incorrect;
1. They put the wrong birthstone in center (selected December- light Blue topaz stone
received SEPTEMBER- dark blue sapphire)

2. They left several letters incomplete on the engraving

3. The year is illegible and stained

4. The ring itself has black burned stains all over the band and sharp pieces.

After several waste of time emails back and forth with the company …their solution to their mistakes was for me to mail it back so they can "repair" it.
I informed them the graduation was in 5 days and they could care less.

Do yourself a huge favor and AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Give your money to a more reputable company that actually cares.

The quality of the sterling silver medal is great. Very happy with my purchase and also the speed of the delivery. At first, I thought that it would not turn out to be good but they just exceeded my expectation. This is worth sharing and will surely recommend.

Ordered a picture pendant of nephew who passed away & the picture fading/lifting up contact them only for them to say they can't find my order in their system

Horrible purchase. They say bracelet fit all sizes and they don't, unless you're a miniature human. They wanted me to pay full price for a larger size. False advertising at best and a complete waste of almost $100.

I found out that a company called PicturesOnGold.com pulled on my cousin's 80 year old parents!

They purchased a medal for their granddaughter for Christmas. It was to be a very special gift.

The parent's accidentally ordered the wrong medal but didn't find out about it until February.
My friend didn't want to hurt her parent's feelings. She tried to exchange it for the correct medal, but the company declared it was past their 30 day policy!

My friend contacted them before the end of the year! She was denied twice!

The grandparents then contacted the company. And after several emails, "Florence" says that the medal was custom and could not be returned!

There was nothing CUSTOM about the medal, it was listed as an item on their website!

They spent over $200!

You know something is fishy when the each response returned by the company is different!

They notified the BBB, and another friend is helping with other postings!

Please let your friends and family know about this SCAM company.

When the ring was ordered they had the wrong shipping address. Several days before it was shipped we gave them the correct shipping address. The ring was shipped to the wrong address. We had it shipped to the correct address - cost us $45.
They refused to refund the extra shipping charges.

I ordered a photo locket for my mother of my late father for christmas 2022. The item I spent 220 dollars on WAS NOT SENT. In its place was a completely different locket, with engraving on the back (instead of front) and pictures inserted backwards in the locket (which I had to pay extra for lucky me!)
The company acted as if they were working with me, but never resolved my issues and I got stuck with the locket. Now, 2 months later, one of the photos has been lost - fell out of the locket. Terrible craftmanship and AWFUL customer service. I opened a case with the BBB and still not resolved. Now I sit and write bad reviews for this site, simply because I do not want others to lose out on hundreds of dollars like I did. Terrible

I paid extra for them to email me a picture of how my daughter's necklace would look. They never sent the email, and the receipt they sent me actually states that no email was sent. So her necklace arrived with the wrong date on it. Their customer service really rates in the negative numbers. I was out of the country, so I missed the deadline to get a refund. They stated that they could change the date for me. I just have to pay for it. And I have to pay for the shipping. They said they would email me the instructions how to return the necklace and asked me for my email address. Seriously? We have been emailing about this issue, my address is on all of my emails, and they have never had their emails returned so they know my address. They are obviously stalling. I get occasional responses, like "What's your correct PayPal email" so they can send me the bill to fix the date. The necklace looks okay, but really, who wants it with the wrong date that my daughter got married?

Returned the gold pendant twice and they didn't fix the error, just send it back to me the same way! Really bad experience with them, and never got any refund for their mistakes! Never buy from them,

I ordered a supposedly 14k gold chain with heart charm and after 2 months both items turned black. I tried cleaning it and nothing. I called and they will not refund and told me that's to be expected. If I want to pay for shipping cost they will try to clean it. Thos company is a scam from what is advertised. Don't buy from them

As soon as i put the bracelets on they broke the first time they replaced it the 2nd time no response to my email the one in the box is the first broken one and the on without the box is the second one.

I do NOT recommend this company on any level. I ordered sterling silver monogram earrings for my niece last Christmas. They were received without earring backs, one earring looked to be rose gold, and the workmanship was horrible. They were NOT sterling silver as advertised. The earrings were promptly returned. I was told I would receive a full credit. The company has not been easy to work with (although they have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee). I am still waiting to receive the 20% re-melting fee back. I seriously doubt they were featured on Today or any other magazine or program. Please learn from my MISTAKE.

I requested specific request and it was met beautifully without question
Example, I asked if the photo I submitted of my girls, if their faces could be closer together since it was going in a locket to use up the space nicely and immediately it was sent back to me as a proof and it looked amazing.
