I'm PPL Electric customer In Pennsylvania I had fallen behind slightly on a bill for $70 due to a death in the family yet these people harass me every day over $70 They are aggravating and when you call them they act as if they're a casino and tell you you are now in the queue you're number 24 and you will weigh 25 minutes to speak to a customer service agent which is even more aggravated if this company is so desperate over $70 then maybe I need to find another distributor
Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to speak to a customer service representative but you have to wait over a 1/2 hjust to speak to someone everything is automated and it's getting sickening I'll find someone that has a live representative and provide me the services that PPL is doing
Products used:
I use PPL electric as my distributor which I will probably change now because of the allows the attitude... Constantly calling over a $70 bill..
