Paided off a Credit one account on the sixth of a March $1,100 dollars, they waived the 300 in late fees on the sixth. On march sixteenth, we get a letter saying the account is suspended after making an eleven hundred dollar payment.
The payments have been made from the same bank, the same card for the last three years we've been making minimum payments.
We were told the account was suspended UNTIL we send verification from the SAME BANK AND CARD WE BEEN PAYING WITH FOR OVER 3 YEARS...even though they ACCEPTED AND TOOK THE 1100 PAYMENT...
They waived the late fees when we made the payment but now want them.so we did it and closed the account.
They want us to make minimum payments so that we don't pay off the account. They demanded documentation from the same bank. They collected the money from that we made the payment. They try to extort us.They wanted us to keep paying them and keep paying minimum payments for years. Stay away from them at almost 30%. They are not worth it.

Tip for consumers:
What amazes me is we made the payment. They don't want to accept an $1100 payment. They only want minimum payments to keep you stuck to them for their next 20 years.

Products used:
When did up canceling the account? And we're going to look into another credit card company. This bank and credit card is not worth it. They are up almost 30% on interest now.

No one handling the fries or the food in the front wears gloves and several do not even have a head covering additionally three out of the five times I visited there something was missing from my order.
Some serious health concerns here considering the fact that they would not let anyone in during covid and now they're serving food without gloves..

I'm PPL Electric customer In Pennsylvania I had fallen behind slightly on a bill for $70 due to a death in the family yet these people harass me every day over $70 They are aggravating and when you call them they act as if they're a casino and tell you you are now in the queue you're number 24 and you will weigh 25 minutes to speak to a customer service agent which is even more aggravated if this company is so desperate over $70 then maybe I need to find another distributor

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to speak to a customer service representative but you have to wait over a 1/2 hjust to speak to someone everything is automated and it's getting sickening I'll find someone that has a live representative and provide me the services that PPL is doing

I use PPL electric as my distributor which I will probably change now because of the allows the attitude... Constantly calling over a $70 bill..

I bought a power energy saver which is supposed to save electricity when you plug it in it does not it's a complete fraud and freak once opened you can easily see there are only transistors in there to keep the green light on the item is also unsafe I've reported it to eBay who did not listen right away it took me to report this to the IRS the Better Business Bureau and homeland security Because these items are coming from China defective from the very beginning and meant to destroy or hurt people here

Tip for consumers:
EBay needs to be more consistent in stopping individuals like this from violating eBay security policies which they openly admit to selling items that could damage property and hurt individuals

I did not purchase this item or anything like it again until I get proper information from my license electrician..

In the last 6 days I have watched the online price advertised go from $6.99 to $7.99 down to $5.99 and now back up to $7.99.
This was in less than a week and a half.

Bought a catalytic converter I was guaranteed it was in stock and would be sent out the next day.
Rep lied about items being in stock in their warehouse Order through third party instead and and then order was not shipped out next day as I was promised promised 2 days later call back to here the item is out of stock having to wait for a refund this is fraud by the representatives who clearly indicated the item was in stock and would be sent out the next day because I made the order within the hours indicated on the timer set by this company So I would not buy from them and I don't advise anyone to buy from them.
VERY BAD BUSINESS

Tip for consumers:
That you were dealing with 3rd parties and that there was actually no parts in the warehouse as I was told and that you'll promise to ship the item out the next day is no good therefore you're no good if you can't keep your selling practices and promises
