Redecor

I have designed 2870 rooms. I liked it at first BUT NOW the cost is extremely high and unacceptable. Plus I have gotten charged 3x for an item I had but they claim I had zero. So I decided to go through every transaction and items I purchased which is 3529 items. As of today it is over $350.00! Overcharged. I refuse to be manipulated. If Redecor thinks we don't realize this illegal practice well my attorney recommends I get overcharged back if not See you in court.

So I just got kicked off of Redecor because I won't give my age? Besides all of the new tasks to hero ones status, now I don't qualify as a gamer if I don't give up personal information? I'd like to see the community weigh in on another layer of payment (ie personal) we need to give up to participate. Anyone else fed up with the high price asked?

Honestly the 14 day to meet your status instead of 30 is another money grabber or addiction trigger! If you have a life your a looser

Wow! It's amazing what writing a bad review will do to help one resolve things! To their credit, the folks at Redecor have swiftly restored my rightful A-List ranking. Now I can also improve their rating, as my complaint has been redressed.

We have some of the top designs internationally and what I've experienced and seen firsthand is unfairness through voting. I'm not sure if it's other designers or staff doing the voting, but it's clearly done in a unfair way. If you design with white or gray, you're all set. Most of us use colors as everyday people do.

Awful game! The voting sucks, as the best designs get downgraded (because otherwise, they have to keep paying to the winners and then those won't spend any money at their App Store). So it is extremely demotivating for the talented and passionate designers! It's awful to see very good design lose while sucky stuff 'wins'. The same goes about duals. I guess it is a machine that pre-determines the outcome, as otherwise, I really do not get it: how those ugly designs can keep winning …

I use to think this game was fun. But since I've advanced it seems to be freezing and I lose the design I just did! So it deletes everything, you even lose your coins and have to start over! Twice I had to purchase coins to do the same design over! Rip off! And where do you go to contact the company about this matter? I'm done with this game constantly freezing and losing my previous design and then having to make a purchase! I want a refund and my designs back!

Hi, I treat the game as a decorating course for almost a year and I've never spent any real money on it. Not everything is perfect, but with this approach, you can benefit and learn a lot.

For example, you can collect systematically tokens from daily power-ups for a few days and vote, which you also top up your account with. In this way I have sufficient funds for implementation, and usually I am not able to implement all projects, three times available.

That's why I didn't experience the frustration of my money being stolen when there was a change of ownership and the participants' purchased products disappeared. I feel sorry for all of you! However, now I feel more fairness in voting for those who do not spend physical money on seasonal cards and products.

The fact of mixing projects for voting with different levels is unpleasant, e.g. people from level 8 are with people from level 10, etc. It is known, that then the chances are not even in the game. But it is nice, when sometimes I occupy a high position among the better ones.

This seasonal positioning and taking away completed points is also terrible, but it can be treated as a challenge and rules of the game.

The crash of the program may be due to overloading the phone's memory, which I experienced myself. Then you need to clean up the memory a bit, e.g. delete some photos!

I have suggestions for Redecor for make running educational campaigns on how to choose the best project. I think it would help many people to understand that one small detail, a small variation of the tone of the same color, makes a difference and a very similar project is evaluated so differently.

I also recommend promoting the knowledge that we do not judge the beauty of an added image, photo or wallpaper, but how these things coexist in the project, creating a harmony of colors, compositions, textures, forms and interior space as well as the originality.

Overall, I'm grateful for this decorating experience, thank you!

Redecor started out as a very fun game; however, over the ears the rules have changed, the cost of items has been jacked up, and voting is a sham. The game play is the best out there for a design game, but it's not worth what you have to spend to keep playing. These days there are better options out there for interior design games.

Playing this game can be frustrating. It is difficult to level up because you either need to spend so much of your time playing and most people don't have enough time on their hands, or you need to spend lots of actual money which most can't afford and are thankfully smart enough anyway to avoid the traps. Also, the limited choices we are given for some designs is stupid because the available items don't go together and so you either make a very ugly design knowing you won't win and what's the point in that?, using up your supplies and earned items for nothing, or you don't participate in that particular design challenge. The prizes we get for wins are usually ugly materials we would never choose to buy with either our fake money or real money. Sometimes I just get fed up and stop playing for weeks at a time and then eventually go back to it until I'm p***** off again.

The app consistently becomes froze.

I feel so much better after reading some of the reviews posted here. I have used the ReDecor app for a few years now. I was on and then stopped. Then I decided to start up again and discovered that I had lost everything that I had purchased prior so I had to start over. 🤬I pride myself in my ability and talent to make a beautiful design. After reading these reviews, it makes so much sense. When I am buying and spending I win for the most part. When I don't I lose, I'm pretty sure that the voting is done by bots and our individual votes mean nothing. I haven't ever seen an app that is so expensive. It is astonishingly expensive actually! If you just do it a few times, just to have fun or to pass some time it is fine. If you want to be competitive, it's going to cost you! So if you want a masterpiece painting it will cost you approximately $25 for one use!😳
Oh, and the site freezes constantly!

Unregulated Chinese app, totally ruined the game in all aspects. It's supposed to be fun and obviously now it stresses me out and depresses me. Should be banned from the web! I'm not certified decorator but been giving help and advice for fashion and home decor since I was a teenager! Don't waste your time and efforts just to get disappointed continually after playing with the original owners without any problems. I went from loving to hating the redecor game!

While purchasing often, I had consistent multiple wins and rewards. When I reduced purchases, rarely placed to win. Great disappointment.

Played this game for several years, worked my way up to level 10 then POOF! Thrown back to level 9 because I didn't "win" the requisite 150 rooms in one month. (A nearly impossible task without spending a load of cash buying the points necessary to even play). I'm done. I will occupy my time doing something constructive!

Very deceiving game. At 1st ratings on designs are great but, the longer you play ratings go down and you have to spend $ to advance. Very disappointed.

This is a fun game but there is something tricky about the journal designs and the way the voting is done. I see horrible designs winning against really good ones...makes no sense. Also their Facebook page is a joke. They don't believe in freedom of speech, even mind constructive criticism or anything posted that doesn't glorify their page, is removed.

I make my designs identical to the ones im going up against, and still get voted out. No way should a level 2 player win all the time against a high-ranking player. So yes, like you this game is bogus and a scam. Folks, it's rigged! It's a money grab! You buy items and can't always complete a room. They make you buy more items. To suck you dry. Hoping you buy more items. It use to be fun. Until they let dark purple beat me in a duel. Go figure. It's time to delete this app.

It used to be a fair game, now you can pay to keep your design status. Keeping your design status was changed from monthly to now every 14 days which forces you to have to play more, which is difficult for some of us that have actual lives to live than sit and play games...believe it or not. And paying to keep your design status costs 3 times what a monthly pass costs. This is extremely disappointing, it has cheapened the design experience.

I know I'm a good player. I often place 1st-3rd. Still, some of the most HIDEOUS, mismatched, juvenile, and clashing colors' submissions win and it's very clear winning is not fair OFTEN and every time that happens I want to quit (I quit for two years because of that!)

Just another App that demands you pay money to continue playing and winning. Delete this app and have fun decorating your own place, however you like!

I actually love playing the game.
But the problem I have with it, is the voting.
The designs are comprised with briefs about what the overall design should be. Example… a colorful living room, or a dark bedroom.
But the individuals doing the voting does not take the brief in a count. So why have design briefs at all?
I do like the game otherwise

Redecor had a contest and they sabotage 2 of the teams for 4-6 hours they couldn't use # we won anyway

I used to love this game, played with my family and friends all the time and spent money ever month which I didn't mind doing. BUT NOW it's like an endless cycle of NEVER getting anywhere but frustrated‼ I will never understand the human condition of GREED⁉Seriously HOW MUCH MONEY do people need to make before they have to up the ante again, and again and again….⁉
What happen to appreciating loyality and consistency?
