Ordered several items on 6/27/20. A month later not 1 item has been delivered. They claim their processing time is 3-5 business day!? Have sent several emails and keep getting back a generic response. They do not seem to bother to look at order in question. Or do not understand the question asked--Where is my order? They show a tracking # for all items, but tracking shows none have been received by USPS. No one can answer that either. Also, they claim some items may arrive sooner than others but it looks like they wait for everything to come in before they ship - Or at least that is the way it seems because... I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE ITEMS!
I have sent at least 4 emails requesting the status of the order and asking for an explanation of their processing/delivery procedure. No coherent explanation. And they do not let you cancel once the items show as "shipped", however, showing they are shipped and actually being shipped are 2 very different things! Still waiting!

I ordered from Roselinin, thinking that the pictures were accurate. THEY ARE NOT. I ordered LINEN items and I received CHEAP COTTON, some even appeared to be polyester and burlap. I ordered through KLARNA, because at that time, I had a tight budget. This is October and I am still dealing with this mess. I called my bank and I told them it was FALSE ADVERTISING, and they refunded my money. The bank retracted it many weeks later. Roselinin, does this hoping you will never return the items because of the exorbitant cost to return items to CHINA (I did not know that this was a Chinese company). They will send you a message apologizing and saying they will give you 30% discount. I don't even want that, I want a FULL REFUND. I will NEVER WEAR what they sent me.BEWARE,
DO NOT BUY...I just received a notice for KLARNA, that they will debit my full in 2 days. I AM FURIOUS!

After my prior review posted I received an email requesting info about the Paypal case regarding the 2 undelivered items and refusal from the company to reimburse unless the 3 received items be returned at exorbitant cost. When I attempted to send the email with the case info it stated that the email was undeliverable. Wow! They just don't stop being deceptive in their selling practices.
