I ordered 3 pairs of shoes which is the size that my husband wears and they sent the wrong size for all 3 pairs. When I contacted them asking to send the larger size, they said they were put of stock and it clearly showed on their website that they still had size 13 shoes. Then I requested a refund and said u would send these shoes back. They told me to keep the shoes but they can only offer a 30% refund. What! NEVER AGAIN! SCAMMERS!

While their website states they allow for refund for quality issues - they DO NOT. I have been going back and forth with them via email (only way to communicate) and they will not give me the address to send the shoes back. I have gone through my credit card to try to get a refund. They are cheap in quality, something I would never wear. Unfortunately, I was concerned about that and so I checked their return policy before I ordered. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE - if you order, the quality will be bad. When you return, it is a painful process.

I waited over a month for my boots, no reply to my emails. Finally arrived, 2 right foot boots and broken buckle. Would not recommend this seller at all! Poor quality

SO DISSAPOINTING! 1st of all, it says supportive...not at all! Then the fabric looks completely different in person. Not sparkly at all. Picture included. That dent in the toe, yeah it is permanent and very uncomfortable. Then, the ankle is so skinny, I couldn't even zip it all the way! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have been tying to figure out how to return them...Good luck!

Do not order from these.They sent wrong size boot I asked them to send right size and postage to send boots back. They said they would send the proper size out but I would have to pay to send the boots back. Which I replied I shouldn't have to pay as it wasnt my mistake. Which I had no reply. So I asked for refund on Which they replied they could only give me 30 % back. Will not order from these again.

This website is a scam! They sent the wrong items. The pictures on the website isn't what they are actually selling. The sandals is super cheap. On the left is the correct shoe i ordered from a different website and the shoe on the right is what they are actually sending out. I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND! Hopefully they give it back.

This company will send you the wrong item and then want to refund you only 30% or less to keep the item.
And have the audacity to state that They understand. Stay clear of this broke down company Because they are gonna lose more than what they have stolen from consumers.

I order sandals for give back in early July, It's now August and still do not have my package.After several complaints and more Excuses I finally ask for FULL REFUND. If you still choose to order from these people, GOOD LUCK!

Hi, I am not very happy with SHEINTIME whatsoever! First order and they mess up BIG TIME!
They sent the wrong shoes! I did NOT order PLNO JANS SHI SHANG in gray color (see photos). I ordered BRITISH STYLE RETRO FASHION SPORTS SHOES in khaki color. The wrong shoes were delivered in a partially opened bag and not in a box to protect them. The shoes were squished and damaged, including a rip on one of the heels (see photos). I also ordered men's size 13 but the shoes I received are tight and I can't find the shoe size anywhere on them. They are obviously NOT size 13. I have DEMANDED that they send me the correct shoes as ordered, in size 13, and delivered in a box to protect them. **UPDATE 07/24/2023** - After many failed attempts to have them deliver the correct shoes, and after many e-mails to issue a credit/refund, Sheintime finally issued me a full refund! They are fortunate that I didn't rate them one star, but I'm happy that I did get a refund/credit.

I ordered shoes which cost me 50 dollars and never received them. They sent email asking me to review the shoes Let them know I never received them. So far, no response. Very very dissatisfied.

Don't do it. I purchased shoes from this website and they are nothing close to what was advertised AND they sent the wrong size. They REFUSED to honor THEIR return policy.

I ordered two pairs of boots only one pair arrived. I asked for a refund for the other pair never heard back from them.

Received the wrong shoes in the wrong size and they were defective to boot. REFUSED FULL REFUND. DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

These people sent me a horrible pair of boots with a super cheap quality and the wrong size not the boots I placed the order for and
It took more 2 weeks to receive the wrong item
