Please be careful with this company, as they have incorrect descriptions of items offered. Shop at your own risk and buyer beware. I wish I would have known before purchasing. They claimed that their hair advertised was 22 inches. I ordered 20, and they sent me this. When I complained they said that there was an error in the description of the hair by 10 inches.
I brought a wig for Star Beauty on line, and what they sent me, I thought I was going to a Halloween party,,they say I have to pay FedEx to send it back,and they charge a to for sending it back, never again will I buy from them
I wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered MANE CONCEPT Pristine 100% Human Hair Water Bulk (18"- 24") hair in February to be used for some Bohemian box braids I got done in March. Literally two days later, the hair was beginning to mat at the front and it was matting horribly towards the mid to back of my head. That is NOT how human hair should react. THATS what SYNTHETIC hair does. This product is NOT 100% HUMAN HAIR. When I reached out to customer service for a refund as I was completely dissatisfied, they refused to do anything about it at first, I even showed them pictures for proof! The said "it looks like it's been used so we can't process a return" obviously it's in my head! I had to fight for a resolution, even stating I'd dispute the charge and then they agreed on a refund. I've received nothing in almost two weeks. No refund, no correspondence, and when I called my bank today, ShopStarBeauty was slick enough to list the transaction as "a returned item denied". I DIDNT RETURN THE HAIR. I am so disappointed and upset. I will NOT be shopping here again. Horrible experience all around.
I ordered from Star beauty not sure what to expect. Can I tell you they were a breathe of fresh air! Ordering hair products online is not the best since the pictures may not portray the actual products.
Star beauty actually took the time to call me back, walk me through my order and provide detailed feedback to my questions.
They even sent me a personal text since I needed my order Asap but was avoiding paying extra for expedited shipping if it wasn't necessary.
The person who helped me actually texted me personally to confirm that they had dropped off my order by EOD and was certain I will receive it within the timeframe without paying for extra shipping.
I have used them 2X already and they have not disappointed.
