I just received my refurbished laptop in the mail. For the second time they've sent the wrong color. I ordered silver, they send black - twice! Silver is more expensive but I paid for it so I want what I paid for. I also paid for "excellent condition" and they sent me one in "fair". Beware of this seller, his reviews aren't so great either.
Tip for consumers:
Beware! I was sent an email telling me that the computer had shipped in silver and still they got it wrong. I've been writing to them all day and they haven't responded at all. At first I requested an exchange but after hours of not hearing from them I'm requesting a refund and they still won't get back to me to confirm.

I sent both computers back immediately.
First time doing business with this company and I believe it will also be the last time. They have not left a good experience with me. I purchased a (new) MacBook Pro 16" M1 from their website in early December. I was hoping to have the product under the tree by Christmas. That did not happen. I am still waiting for the product to be shipped. No where does it says the product is on backorder. They make you think that they have the product in stock until way after you have placed the order and then you have to reach out to the company on many occasions to try to get an update. The shipping date has been pushed back twice now. This is all the message you get. Good luck in trying to speak to a live agent. I recommend you do not do business with Simply Mac if you don't want to be disappointed beyond measures.

Thanks for reaching out. Here is an update on your order. The estimated date for inventory is 02/26/2022. This is not a shipment date, this is when inventory is estimated to arrive. Bear in mind this date is subject to change. Once we receive inventory please allow 2-4 days for processing before your item ships. Tracking will be updated to give you an estimated delivery date. We understand if this is not the news you wanted to hear. We are working to have your order shipped as soon as inventory is available. The helpful thing I believe is that the company should be honest and let the customer know that some of the products are on backorder. Let the customer decide if they want to continue with the order after they have all the information. This company hides the information. So my warning to all is to not do business with Simply Mac.

I bought a Mac, threw this company. Wasn't sure about getting one. They have the best customer services, that I've seen. Had a few questions & they answer all of them. Will I buy from this company agin? YES, YES I WILL
