Recently purchased a 2021 Dodge Durango. Overall the experience is outstanding. I enjoy the driving experience. The driver and passenger comfort are excellent. The only issue I have is with the Uconnect 5,10.1" infotainment system. The Apple Play and Android system is continuously disconnecting from the phone. I hope this is something the manufacturer can update immediately with another system updates. This is taking points off the the total experience. The dealership informed me that a recall was required for the infotainment system. They stated that the update was completed but that update broke the CarPlay capabilities.

First time doing business with this company and I believe it will also be the last time. They have not left a good experience with me. I purchased a (new) MacBook Pro 16" M1 from their website in early December. I was hoping to have the product under the tree by Christmas. That did not happen. I am still waiting for the product to be shipped. No where does it says the product is on backorder. They make you think that they have the product in stock until way after you have placed the order and then you have to reach out to the company on many occasions to try to get an update. The shipping date has been pushed back twice now. This is all the message you get. Good luck in trying to speak to a live agent. I recommend you do not do business with Simply Mac if you don't want to be disappointed beyond measures.

Bear in mind this date is subject to change. Once we receive inventory please allow 2-4 days for processing before your item ships. Tracking will be updated to give you an estimated delivery date. I am giving you a 3 star for now because of the negative experience with the company you advertised on your website. Overall I am happy with how easy and quick Affirm works to approve credit lines. I am not happy with one particular order I made through Affirm on a company they carry on their website. I found out that this company has numerous negative reviews. I don't understand why Affirm still broadcast this company (Simply Mac) on their website as a business partner. I made a purchase using Affirm website to this company that Affirm advertised on their website back in December 2021 we are in February 2022 and I am still waiting for my product. The product is completely paid for and Affirm is taking payments from my bank for the product that I have not received. I reached out to Affirm and the company but they both tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Affirm says it is the company's business and the company tells. I will continue to do business with Affirm but not that company. I do hope Affirm review this and reach out to the company and maybe stop advertising them in the future. It is not looking good for Affirm.
