First time doing business with this company and I believe it will also be the last time. They have not left a good experience with me. I purchased a (new) MacBook Pro 16" M1 from their website in early December. I was hoping to have the product under the tree by Christmas. That did not happen. I am still waiting for the product to be shipped. No where does it says the product is on backorder. They make you think that they have the product in stock until way after you have placed the order and then you have to reach out to the company on many occasions to try to get an update. The shipping date has been pushed back twice now. This is all the message you get. Good luck in trying to speak to a live agent. I recommend you do not do business with Simply Mac if you don't want to be disappointed beyond measures.

Thanks for reaching out. Here is an update on your order. The estimated date for inventory is 02/26/2022. This is not a shipment date, this is when inventory is estimated to arrive. Bear in mind this date is subject to change. Once we receive inventory please allow 2-4 days for processing before your item ships. Tracking will be updated to give you an estimated delivery date. We understand if this is not the news you wanted to hear. We are working to have your order shipped as soon as inventory is available.
