Compro un telefono su spemall il 17 aprile 2018, oggi 4 giugno 2018 non so ancora dove sia... E pensate che ho speso ben 33$ in più per avere spedizione cun UPS. Una truffa, chiedo rimborso ma nulla, lasciate stare SPEMALL, usate altri siti più seri, ti prendono in giro!

I like buying at spemall because they have a very good service and they are reliable

Pros:
1. Good build quality - nothing creaks and wobbles, nice surface, good bright screen. 2. Good price for this set of options (Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS) - there is nothing like this phone in the domestic market for same money. 3. Can be upgraded to Android 2. 3. 5 if you spend a day to reading forums.
Cons:
Hard to open rear cover at the first time. I was afraid to break it, so opened it very carefully.
Other Thoughts:
Very good phone for this money, despite the difficulty of localisation and update.

Never buy on spemall they are thieves.
It makes now 5 month I'm waiting a solution for a warranty phone and they just tell me that phone is not under warranty now. They only purpose me 50$ couppon for a 150 phone buy in october 2015 received in november 2015 and send back for default in july 2016. If someone wants all my exchange with them are available Forget this site some other one are better and do correct after sales. Regards Mickaël Guyochet France

I did not expect such a great phone, it is a powerful phone. Spectacular style and very comfortable. Big screen to see all your stuff. Powerful camera. Powerful GPS. Overally it is all perfect. Great Job ;) I will continue buying products in spemall as it gives me peace of mind that everything that is asked arrives as established. It arrived almost 2 weeks of asking but it was due to lack of stock. Soon sorted. Great job ;)

Lies, Horrible customer service and Highly Unprofessional

Bought a phone, had extra costs unaccounted for in my Order confirmation AND my receipt, totalling of $114 of unaccounted charges.

They do not ship within 24 hours, after a week and a half inquiring and being ignored they said that my phone was being shipped that day but it did not even ship. I am still waiting for my phone.

Would absolutely NOT recommend this dodgy site to anybody.

Purchased 2 phones over 18 months oneplus and a xiaomi mi4s. Opo developed fault which required me to return it to be fixed. Package NOT signed for, spent 4 weeks doing nothing saying it was at factory being fixed, then requeat $46 to fix and post despite saying it had been done, then lying about post etc and still have my phone! Xiaomi i received had chinese Rom with loads of spamware and chinese apps plus notifications etc in Chinese. Wouldnt accept a return despite buying a 2 year European warranty just kept saying change language to English which doesnt change the Rom!
Had to report to Paypal to reach a resolution.
Absolute crap company to purchase from, customer service is ZERO and only reply to what they want. Never use again and definitely avoid at all costs!

Very quick dispatch of the order and received within 9 day (free shipping!) in very good condition! Nboxing the Xiaomi was a pleasure, good quality cardboard case all recyclable, weel made and sturdy. Opening the case and discover this beauty was amazing. It's a good phone, more quickly than others Quad-core, the screen resolution it's good and the camera has better resolution than others phones that I have. It's very thin and genteel. I tested all functions and it's better than expected. Only think that battery capacity is ok, 4000 mah, and replacement has the same. Android version it's very stable and works fine.

After you rate the stars it says everything "love it so much you want to tell the entire world!". Costumer service and delivery perfect on time and very supportive.

I've ordered Xiaomi MI4C from Spemall with EU Express. It was here after 11 days with dpd.

So, my friend Siniša bought Letv Phone (x500) on SpeMall.com site.
That was THREE MONTHS AGO. SpeMall.com sent a phone with a faulty back camera.
After two weeks of NEGOTIATING SpeMall.com finally agreed to repair the phone.
Siniša sent the phone, he payed the customs and shipping fee and then he waited THREE MONTHS FOR THE REPAIR! And when you think the agony is over, this is how they sent the phone back. Withouth original packaging withouth, charger, even withouth apology.
So, don't buy from this utterly $#*!ty store because they are cheating bastards.

Hi All, Bought MIZ Z3 phone November 2013, arrived after 3 weeks and lots of chasing. Great phone but the screen developed and issue after 2months. RMA'd the phone paid for recorded signed for delivery. They acknowledged the delivery of the phone emailed me to confirm this. Long story short, tens of emails of later and now February 2015 I still dont have my phone back. November 2014 they respond saying they will send it back but you guessed it they havent and the response today is that they have no knowledge of my phone at all. Even with the emails from them as proof they are claiming its not their responsibility! Here ends the chase for a 248 pound phone and another 50 pound sending the phone back. Spemall are now ignoring me and not helping in any way.So be warned, some products are great but the service is the worse i have ever encountered, if you have money to waste or want to lose then go ahead.- Gary (Berkshire)"

Pros:
This is a really good phone for the price. It has all the features of much more expensive phones but not the price tag. Very easy to use and set up. The dual sim is very useful if you are traveling. For a phone of this price the graphics are fantastic. The screen is a good size and the phone is not too heavy. I will buy another one.

The tempered glass is broke when arrived, but not the big problem

I would recommend it. The delivery time was nearly 7 days to Europe.
Bottomline:
Great value for money phone, ideal starter smart phone if you don't want to spend a lot of money. It is cheap enough to have as a back up as well.

Nothing But LIes and Unfulfilled Promises

Ordered the Cube U30GT2 RK3188 Quad Core 1.8Ghz 10.1inch FHD IPS Retina Screen for wife's birthday on Dec. 3 and was assured that if I paid the $26.50 it would ship the next day and be here in plenty of time. Paid via PayPal. 2 days later on my account no notice of shipment. Opened new ticket and told them along with proof that PayPal had paid them. Next day it showed a shipping # via Fed. Exp For 3 days I kept clicking on status via shipping # of Fed Exp. They told me for the next 4 days that FedEx had the shipment. Called FedEx and the said they did not have the product and until vendor calls them for pick up they can do nothing and that tracking # is something they do via the net, but means nothing until picked up. I have many emails, tickets etc. that I kept and made screen shots of so I could point out all the broken promises they made. Finally received notice that it was shipped and it was here in 4 days. Only problem was that they did not include HDMI cable and screen covers I ordered with the tablet. Opened new ticket and told them so. They said they would ship right away. Well, another 4 weeks and no HDMI cable or screen protectors. Again, nothing but lies. Received tablet 4 days before Christmas or 2 weeks after my wife's birthday. I would avoid these guys like the plague and never ever pay for expedited shipping if you still wish to use them. If I do receive cable and screen savers, I will write again and confirm. The tablet is great, but would never buy anything from them again.

I bought a $400 tablet from Spemall. I was sent a tablet with a dark screen, broken case near hdmi port and the wrong charger- EU instead on north american. Sent 30 emails back and for and spoke 3 times on the phone and saited 3 months. In the end after spending $530 in total for tablet and shipping charges, i ended up with a USED $200 tablet! They are total scam artists.

If you have an issue with them, file a PayPal dispute immediately!... if 45 days pass, you have no recourse as per paypal policy. Do not wait for them to resolve, file PayPal dispute first so it is on record then resolve... they will stall forever hoping you give up in frustration. They will give BS resolution by offering $5 discount on a deffective $400 item. Then they will negotiate and hard ball you and do anything so you don't return the item. You have to send it back after 7 days... they will stall on providing a RMA so the 7 day refund window has passed. Then after agreeing on a resolution, they try to overcharge (double the cost) for shipping. Then when product is returned, they claim parts are missing and when caught in a lie, they change their story saying that the case was damaged during return shipping. When asked for proof, the claim the tablet was "sent out for repairs".
And when you think yoiu finally think you came to a resolution, they will change their mind. I agreed to take a tablet of lesser value (by $150) and pay $35 shipping... this was after being offered $220 lesser value and $55 shipping! Even when they are at fault they try to scam you. Even after coming to an agreement they still ended up stiffing me by sending a USED tablet with broken light sensor and used accessories...

I brought two mobile from spemall.com, They are giving fast delivery and good services. One of the mobile changer was not working and I raise a ticket on their website after few days they send me two new chargers which the best service I ever seen. Really good service keep going and Thanks a lot.

A smartphone simply amazing, unbeatable resolution, 3GB of RAM improve performance very much, very fast turns, and overall performance is great smartphone, talks by the speaker sounds good, no problem with the microphone

This is a great phone! It's lightweight, has great specs, a brilliant camera and is fast and has a large memory capacity. I'm very happy with it, language set to Dutch, worked rightaway. Packaging was looking very nice. Everything included. Charger works good, doesn't get too hot when in use. Phone opens easy (stays closed very well too) and it's easy to replace the battery. It comes with a screen protector attached and an extra included in the box. Battery runs long enough, more then 1 day with GPS+data+wifi on (screen off occasionally). And the phone works as intended too.

I waited for a week to post my review, so here are my remarks. Overall it is a good smartphone. I'm very happy with it. Runs smoothly, doesn't block when opening different applications. My previous phone had some issues when travelling abroad, but no problems here. Earphones and charger look very nice. Battery is easily replaceable (there is no problem with it). The phone is very light. Camera’s on front and back is nice. For this price by far the best phone you can buy (Even with the taxes I paid at the border in Belgium). When used with 3G/4G data access (first day installing some apps) the battery lasted for 10 hrs. Although when activating energy-saving and normal use he easily lasts a day (battery was still 80% after a day with just some data access from time to time). So not the best battery but it will do. Vibrates with every hit, but that's config you can easily change (it just to me a while to find). So it's got some minor issues you can resolve, but it doesn't bother me. So I recommend this shop. Phone with good quality.
