I will start by saying that I have used them in the past with no issues, This time it was awful, the sales rep could not figure out a simple request to verify the size of the print area on a design I sent with and without cut lines! After a few days of useless back and forth all I would get for replies was "how do you want to proceed"" seems like they work overseas and have a basic script to follow! I'll pay more and get it local, not worth the hassles!
I ordered a 2 x 3 vinyl banner of a kid and received a 2 x 3 vinyl banner of a TEAM picture. When I ordered, I gave them special instructions and even mentioned the name of the kid that was WRITTEN ON THE BANNER. It seems they did not read the special instructions. It was a TEAM banner on size 2 x 3. It doesn't even make sense - but they printed it out anyway and completely ignored my instructions. I called them and explained the situation. They asked me to send an email explaining it. I did. I received a response that I had to pay 70% of the price again because it was a no proof order. How can people be so disrespectful and unprofessional? Especially with a customer who has spent at least 800k with banners just this year? I do not recommend them for the lack of respect and unprofessionalism.
Let's be honest. Stickersbanners sells banners really cheap. And really fast. But because of this, the customer service is very lacking. I understand that they cannot afford to pay for 100 more customer service reps AND keep the pricing low... but I'm a repeat customer and it's still difficult for me.
