I bought a beautiful oversized shirt from this brand! It was my first time buying with them and I'm impressed! It's super lightweight so perfect for summer and the edginess of the multi-coloured splashes is a nice touch! Great value for £17.99 too!
If i can give it Zero i would, Yas mall Abu dhabi branch have very poor customer service very arrogant and not willing to help or assist i bought a perfume walked out of the store for few minutes and came back to exchange it, I didn't even open it, the guy was very rude and asked us to leave the counter, all of the assistance persons we not assisting, i think this is the shop's culture.

I received an email that one item in my order was cancelled and the rest were processed. When I reach out to customer service for an update on my order, I find out that 10 items in my order are out of stock but my card's been charged. Customer service sent the same messages more than 3 times when I asked for updates and answers. Then I also find out that the order which I needed by a certain date wouldn't come until at least a week after the "guaranteed delivery date stated in the app and by email."
I would never order from this company again. I place an order with Zara every few weeks and never run into this issue. My stuff with Zara ships next day or two and it's here in beautiful condition. Stradivarius is not a reliable or good company to order from and I'm deleting the app off my phone now so I never look at their stuff again.
I bought a jumper which looked scruffy in a few days with the wool bobbling and piling. I live 100 miles from a store and asked to return it by post. This was refused. I explained it was too far to travel and was told to contact customer service. They told me to email them with photos. After two weeks I had no reply. I resent the email stating that I would go to trading standards if they failed to reply. I then got a standard reply telling me to return it to store!. Poor service, no customer care.
I've bought items online, more than one month after, my items was still in transit. I sent an email about my items and they just cancel my shopping. Shame!

I bought a cloth in their store and tried to return it in a week, they declined it and said that I can return it just in three days! I contacted them online and they said that I can return in 30 days, I sent them the receipt around 5 times and asked them several times, they said that I need go to the store and refund. And in the store they declined it again. I emailed them again and asked to check the bill (there it says return in 3 days) and they said that I can't return it. AWFUL SERVICE! And three days for return!

I'm waiting for a refund from 2 November! The item are taken but the money is not returned. Be careful

I ordered a bag on the 19th of March and it was supposed to arrive in store either the 22nd or the 23rd of March. The bag did not arrive in the store until the 4th of April, so 12-13 days of delay. I called costumer service multiple times during these 12/13 days and initially they told me that they did not even know where my package was and that they would probably had to reorder it. I was fine with waiting, however, I asked them if I could have a discount on a future purchuse due to the inconvenience and the guy form the costumer service said that they will eventually do it (I don't know exactly what type of discount he was talking about but he thought it was reasonable request). When I received the notification that the bag finally got to the store, I called costumer service again to know anything about this discount and the lady at the phone was denying the delay at all, telling me that the delay was actually only 5 days since it started from the day the bag was shipped, which was on the 30th of March and thus I was not entitled of any discount. To be honest, I do not agree on the fact that this corporate deem "delay" only from the day of the shipping, because instead of waiting 3 days I waited 16 days (TO ME THIS IS DELAY). However, if this is the Stradivarius policy, there wasn't anything that the lady from costumer service could have done about it, and I understand that, but she was very rude and she was denying the fact that I still had to wait much more that I was supposed to. She could have been apologetic and nice, and I would have left the phone call way less angry that I actually was. In conclusion, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THE ONLINE STRADIVARIUS WEBSITE, it will probably be delayed, you will have to call the costumer service multiple times because they will not reach out to you, and you will not get any discount for the delay/ inconvenience. I am posting this on every review website so that more people can be warned.
What I like in this shop are their prices! Also, the design of the clothes are really cool and when you wear them feel good. Also, I have got a small size but at this shop, there are always things to my size.
Items are really cool and well-made, but I'm not giving 5 stars because sometimes they cost a little too much compared to what they're worth. Despite some exceptions, however, their clothing doesn't look cheap. Nice selection of accessories and bags (fake leather) too. Never bought online, only in shop.
They have nice items, better to try in shop the clothes, they look different on web.
