Take 5 Oil Change did an amazing job servicing my Jeep today. Alexander was very proficient in my experience and made sure I understood the process. He explained how much air my tires needed and aired them up, added washer fluid, and even showed me the clean oil on the dipstick. That wasn't even all! Alexander showed me my air filter compared to a brand new one. He explained its function and offered to change it. Instead of pressuring me, he took his time to look up the price and made me feel comfortable in purchasing a new one. It took no time at all and my Jeep sounded so much quieter! I asked Alexander about another part the Jeep needs. Alexander explained that they don't carry that part there; but instead of leaving me high and dry, he suggested how I could easily get the part replaced! Finally, Alexander let me know that I could stop by anytime in between oil changes for more washer fluid or air for my tires. I was very pleased with the overall service, but especially with Alexander's professionality and courteous mannerisms. With employees like Alex, you can't go wrong! Thank you Alexander! I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change for your oil change needs!
Dirty oil was used for my oil change. It was two quarts short of oil put into my car. My car was checked 30days later and no oil was in my car. Customer service by the manager was awful because they refused to refund the cost of the oil change. This was clearly the fault of Take 5 workers but they weren't willing to show any accountability in their terrible work. Never got to Take 5 again!

Excellent customer service: only two minutes to wait for a vacant service bay, service rep asked about my preferred oil and recommended the manufacturer's oil preference even though I had been using a lighter, synthetic oil. I accepted her recommendation and the job was completed in timely fashion. Rep found my engine coolant level was down a bit, likely a result of a two-way trip from Cambridge, ON to Florida and back - topped it up for me, no extra charge. Price was certainly OK - I expect to pay between $110.00 and $150.00 for a synthetic oil change and this one was on the low side of that. I will definitely go back.
Went over to take five for the first time on Baker Street in Baytown, spoke with the manager Eugene and it was referred here by another shop because they didn't have my filter... The manager Eugene is straight unprofessional and ghetto and when I asked him to just all changed my car he refused and ordered me out. I asked for his corporate phone number and he refused... Don't take your car here it'll be a mistake with a professional managers and no customer service skills. You deserve zero Stars
I went to Take 5 on 1935 N. Jog in West Palm Beach. I gave them a $20 coupon which they scanned. When they were finished they took my credit card and charged the full amount. When I asked the worker where my $20 credit was he had to get his boss. The manager Maki made me wait 20 minutes and stated that the credit was given. When I showed him the bill he said he didn't have time to deal with this. He said if it was worth $20 to wait until he took care of all his other customers than I could wait.
Beware of this location.
Just a little heads up about Take 5 Oil change in Rowlett. They damaged my oil pan and bolt and now refuse to pay for that damage. Rowlett manager stated my car had a recall for the oil pan, it was a known issue and they would not pay. Called Chevy, no recall now, nor has there ever been one. So that's a lie. Don't take your car here for a oil change or anything else for that matter, obviously they don't care. I have called their corporate office, but I don't expect anything from them either, but I have to try. Of course the damage wasn't found until I went to get the oil changed again.

I had my oil change and fluids checked on July 3,2023. They were fast. The quality was very bad. The serviceman left the cap off of the radiator fill reservoir, causing the car to overheat. The oil filter housing was not tightened all the way and it was leaking oil. When I removed the oil filter and housing cap, I found a damaged and bent filter and the gasket was pinched. I consider this very poor workmanship and they charged me over a $100.00. Is was a ripoff.
They always get me in and out super quick. Cody and Michael helped me. They are always so informative and helpful. I'm always happy I chose here to get my oil changed, and the best part is you don't even have to leave your car!
I had took my car to get a regular, run-of-the-mil oil change, only to find out that they drove me off with no oil and 3 miles down the road, the engine is completely seized. When I had stopped in the middle of the road to inspect it, I checked the oil dipstick: BONE dry. It's like they completely forgot to add oil after they've installed the oil filter. I am currently working with them to get my engine replaced, but they're so laxed about it like they didn't mess up my car. They're continuing to stretch the process of getting my car fixed and as you can imagine, it is extremely frustrating. Never ever let Take 5 touch your car...
Was told I couldn't use Conventional oil in my 2021 Ford Escape because it would void all warranties if I didn't use expensive Synthetic oil. So I was charged a lot more than I expected. I later found this to be a complete lie. I could use Conventional oil or Synthetic, whatever I wanted with no damage to engine and no voiding warranties. He lied straight to my face simply to sell me a much higher price, literally double! First and last time also!
Great guys (Sean, Dwight and Tyler). Very polite and courteous. Quick and attentive service. Would have given 5 stars but I felt the price was high (but prices are High all over now).
Take 5 in Ogden, Utah.
What a crap show. The high school student working there could not get the bolts loose on my car's skidplate. So...they simply put in the new oil without changing the filter!... Now when I crawl under there to have a look, the bolt heads are completely rounded!
I got here at 11:30. It's now 12:12. There is only one car in front of me all I came for was a damn oil change. Don't come here if you wanna have the rest your day free. I want my money comped for being here so long and my gas wasted
I have my receipts to prove i am charged a different price every time i get the same oil change at 2355 west Hillsborough Ave Tampa Fl.I paid for a 6 month oil change and paid $84.99. My car got 4,000 more miles before it ran out of oil and the car stopped on my way home. I called the shop and complained that my car was not given enough oil. I asked for a partial refund or a free oil change. They declined and said my car must be leaking. I said "NO." I have a good mechanic and there is no oil in my driveway. We are deffinately living in a depressed world

A Take 5 recently opened near me so I called to find out the price for a conventional oil change. Strike 1…I was asked what I meant by conventional. Strike 2…I was told I would potentially have to sign some kind of document to waive the warranty. Strike 3…After all of that discussion, I asked again for the cost. 💲70-$80. Seriously?
Omg! Timothy and Brian are awesome guys! I was dreading going to Pep Boys, so I saw Take 5 yesterday and said I would try them today. I used to wait 2-3 hours at Pep Boys. I came to take 5 and it literally took about 5 minutes and they not only changed the oil but checked the tire pressure and more! I am soooo impressed with the service here in Grayson on Loganville highway! If I could give 100 stars I would! Thank you so very much Timothy and Brian at store #1096! I live in Lithonia Ga and Pep Boys is down the street but I drove 40 minutes to come to this location! I love it, the people and service!

Jordan did an amazing job informing me of my car's needs! He finished the needed task promptly.
Place is a joke. Might be able to con a lil old lady but I'm a grown man with extensive mechanical knowledge.air filter is new and I saw him bang it on the trash can and no dust came out but he is standing at my window insisting it's filthy.and tring too flush my radiator so it doesntfreeze. Its been 0degrees last 2 days if it were gonna freeze it already would have. Premium full synthetic is actually not required for my 4cyl Chevy lol. Then they stole my coupon didn't run it so they give me a new one for next time that's already expired...premium full synthetic is actually not required for my 4cyl Chevy lol. What a joke
Tip for consumers:
What a joke they suck
When Take 5 on College Ave, in Fayetteville, AR finished my oil change, they handed me an invoice for $157.6.4 qts synthetic oil, supposedly, and a new air filter, supposedly, and they charged me a whopping $157. I will NEVER, EVER go back. You can't trust them, and they are 5 times higher than everyone else.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use them.
I sat and waited for an hour and 15 minutes only to be told when I got ready to have my oil changed that they did not have my filter again! Also I would have been out of there 15 minutes sooner but they pulled the car in front of myself and another person who had been sitting there for quite some time and did their oil change first. This is very frustrating to me. I will not be going back to take five oil change as they are going downhill with their service.
I took my vehicle for service because I saw a 25 percent discount for veterans and military. I had the coolant and oil service. It was expensive, but the discount would help. Wrong. The mgr. Told me it only applies to oil change. That's not what the sign says. I took a photo. I do not recommend take 5 oil change. Did the photo come out?
Went to 5 minute in Morehead City NC today. A little pricey but i didnt have to bust my knuckles! Like the fact that its drive in drive out.
I went to Take 5 to do a routine radiator flush and drove out with a car leaking antifreeze. Had no prior leaks before my visit. The manager, Jay, notice a woman pull into the shop that he needed to spend time with and allowed 3 inexperienced workers to do my radiator flush. He gave them a few minute crash course on how a flush was done and then walked away. After they did a pressure check running the car as high as 4000 RPMs, it began to over heat. Jay put his assistant in charge of the store operation and personally worked on my car to figure out what went wrong. He even tried a pressure test himself, but forgot to put the cap on the reserve tank and antifreeze shot out all over the engine. Jay worked nearly 8 hours trying to fix the problem before giving up and telling me I had a hose that was leaking. He said he could not fix it and I was suppose to take it to somewhere else to get repaired out of my own pocket. Cost me $386. Ouch!
Tip for consumers:
Contacted the company to let them know what happened and they never got back to me.

I was in Raleigh by circle k gas station and my truck broke down. A gentleman came and helped me jump my truck. He said he was the manager. Even though I didn't get an oil change he helped me. Truly great customer service
