I have been round in circles since last review with taste card
They have now asked me 8 times for my membership number which I don't have because I don't have a membership
What they are doing is the following -
When you put a review up they contact through the the review company and ask for more details, then again ask for membership then you are back at the beginning of the same questions
I have never had a membership or a free trial but they have taken £39.99 out the bank and will not the return it
The next problem is they say they can't cancel the membership because I can't give them the number I don't have
The only time I heard of them was through railcard, i never even opened the promotional e mail
