Been a customer and dloaded their app! It never works properly! Its slow and u have a different agent every 10 minute so u have to repeat urself over and over. And the credit amount is always lagging by one whole month!

We are without internet, Foxtel and home phone since January.
Telstra were to send out a technician on 3 consecutive days and then cancelled.
Since we joined NBN we were without any TV or internet every weekend. Then it broke down altogether in January. Telstra made no effort to solve our problem
We are now in mid March and they have never fixed our problem!.
It has left us no option but to leave this company and never
Recommend Telstra to anyone to be put through what we have endured and no one would fix the problem.

After attending a Telstra shop to purchase a quite expensive product we were assured by inhouse staff if there were any issues, we would receive help. The product did not work, the Telstra shop could not be contacted in any way for help by phone or email! When i returned the product to the shop i was belittled & treated quite rudely.
Tip for consumers:
Telstra Australia are one of the worst businesses i have ever dealt with.
