I helped someone place an order who had limited internet on their browser so we couldn't check independent reviews. This company promised next day delivery and took the order we chose from one of their pictures. We waited the next day for confirmation from the recipient but nothing. I sent an email AND called the company only to be told the order was cancelled due to availability issues. I read reviews in the meantime. We chose from their picture which promised next day delivery! I told them I'd prosecute if this was an online scam. Order directly from a florist to get the best arrangements for your cost anyway. I'll do that always in the future!

My daughter ordered the spray on Tuesday. The funeral was Friday. No flowers were delivered. No notice to us at all. Rude customer service. They portray themselves to be a local business but were not. We were heartbroken to bury our loved one without flowers.

They took all my information on Thursday to order flowers for a funeral on Saturday. They said they could deliver them to the church on Friday, Saturday at the latest. They called me back Friday morning and said they couldn't deliver. What a terrible service!

No flowers delivered. For a funeral. Embarrassing. Do not use. CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't exist.

I actually wanted to give them a 0 review but the site would not let me. My only sister passed away in California and was to be buried in Connecticut. I was in charge of arranging the memorial service from California. I ordered flowers from Terry Florists 5 days before service. At 6:00 the night before service I get a call from them telling me they can't deliver the flowers the next day. I was furious, all other florists were closed in Connecticut what was I to do? My daughter just happened to know someone that might be able to help and fortunately she was able to. Terrys is not a florist but a chop shop that sends out orders to real florists, do not use them they will ruin your day and give you an emotional breakdown. I hope people check the reviews before placing an order with them.
