Test Bank Base

I ordered a test-bank for my Chemistry class. I paid the 22 box but for some reason I didn't get the link to download the doc. I waited a couple of days (SPECIFICALLY 5 F* DAYS), but nothing changed, so I contacted them through email but I didn't receive any reply from the support team. Well, I called customer service using the phone number that was provided in the website but guess what? No one even answered (the stupid phone just rings endlessly). I pay through PayPal, so I was able to dispute the transaction and get my precious money back. THIS WEBSITE IS TRASH... DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!

I have ordered a test-bank to study for a class assignment which is quite close to its deadline. I paid the 22$ fees online and was greeted by a thank-you page stating I'd be getting my download link after 5 minutes. Guess what? They didn't send me the document even after a DAY, just vanished my order from history without any trace, with no replies from their support team as well. I am dead tired calling, emailing and messaging them. Now, I am even ready to take legal action if I don't get my solution manual or a refund.

AVOID THE WEBSITE (and its services) LIKE A PLAGUE!

I ordered a the textbook Security in Computing 5th Edition. The process was quick and easy, however the textbook I received in the download was the teacher's manual. I contacted the company and they refused to provide a refund even after I provided screenshots of the introduction saying "This is the teacher's manual" and the teaching outlines in the chapters. I double checked the page I ordered the book from and no where does it mention that it is for the teacher, the cover exactly matches the textbook (word for word, number for number).

I will not be using this company anymore.

Don't buy from this website, i ordered solution manual and they didn't send it to me, i contacted them they don't even respond, it's stealing people's money, the worst website ever, it gives me error of server each time i tried to download it. Tfoooooooooo

I purchased an e-file from them that was to be the solutions manual for a certain college textbook. The digital files were delivered immediately upon purchase. Upon opening the files provided I noticed the documents did not contain the correct content as to what was requested and described. I reached out to them to verify that the files were sent in error and to provide the correct files or refund. They responded within a day or two saying they would look into this and that they would re-send the files. It's been a week and I still have not heard back from them. The short wording in their response suggests no sense of urgency by customer service. I don't expect to ever get a response back after reaching out to them two more times since they last responded.I would have given them zero stars but they did provide quick delivery of the files and were quick in their initial response from customer service.

Surprisingly everything was legit. I paid 20 bucks for a test bank and it really saved me last semester... after reading the reviews I'm surprised I didn't get scammed but it worked for me!

I bought a solutions manual for an class I finished a year ago but still had the text book and wanted to revisited. The sent me a solutions manual for a completely different text book, wasn't even the same subject. After three different emails to different help centers on the site, I came to the conclusion it was a spam and I was out of 22 dollars. Do not buy from here

I paid $22 for the Solutions to Medical Nutrition Therapy, A Case Study Approach by M. Nelms, 5th ed, and never received the Download link. I texted and emailed the company, and never heard back.

Great! Glad i didn't listen to the rest of the negative reviews on here. I think its a 50/50 website. I say, If you really need it to study for a class, test your luck. Better to loose 20 then to fail a class eh? :)
