Placed an order and then tried to contact customer support to cancel. Multiple emails bounced back stating "recipient server did not accept our request to connect". The company refuses any communication and 1 week later shipped the item I cancelled. I filed a complaint with PayPal as soon as the email wouldn't go through. The company also refused any communication with them. My next step was to have my credit card company " dispute the charges ". So far they have not communicated with the credit card company. It's been over 2 weeks.
