One of the items sent was incorrect. Price of puzzle $22.20. Customer service solution was we will give you a $10 voucher and you can go to our website and purchase the correct puzzle. Seriously!?! I opened a case with PayPal. Numerous emails and unacceptable offers. It took over a week to finally get a refund. Do not buy anything that ships directly from China. They are total jerks with no morals and ethics when it comes to customer service and doing the right thing

Placed an order and then tried to contact customer support to cancel. Multiple emails bounced back stating "recipient server did not accept our request to connect". The company refuses any communication and 1 week later shipped the item I cancelled. I filed a complaint with PayPal as soon as the email wouldn't go through. The company also refused any communication with them. My next step was to have my credit card company " dispute the charges ". So far they have not communicated with the credit card company. It's been over 2 weeks.

Opened a dispute because I didn't receive my item after 90 days. Seller agreed to complete refund. Refund was NOT complete. Refunded only part of the invoice price. Dispute team closed the case. Now there's no way to contact them and let them know about the fraud. Shouldn't expect anything less from China. They are crooks!
