Three.com has a rating of 1.0 star from 1 review, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases.
I have now called Three 8 times and been given different reasons but will not refund until my contract which I have now cancelled ends next month after final bill.
I took a phone contract last month which I was nor happy with their customer service and reception on my phone being going on for long now.
I returned the new phone and accessories om 7th received by them on 8th November. Its been over 3 weeks and till date that they have not refunded me what they charged on the cancelled contract saying it will be done next month. They sent me a bill of £38.98 when my Sim contract is for £21.
They have been charging me big amounts since September maybe more which I will check am sure they have been doing it.
I can't even access my Three account to see what these charges are billed. They updater their application to which I spoke to them so many times. I had to even change my email which they verified but to no use. They are doing this purposely to charge Customers heavy sums the money going to corrupt ones based in India. Every customer service agent has a different escuse of this billing. I feel since lots of customers leaving they maybe going BANKRUPT so misusing their system to take whatever they want ASAP.
My advice is to ger rid of this fraudulent company.
