I did not receive my tickets from the seller and tried to work with their customer service to get them transferred to me for two days. No avail. The kicker is they won't refund my money. The 100% guarantee that you will get your tickets before the event is a scam.

Ordered tickets 19 days ago. Order confirmed and money taken right away then... nothing. Emailed. Nothing. Called but was waiting so long, over 70 minutes, my phone died. Two chats going. The first when nothing at 42 minutes started another. Finally after another 30+ minutes got someone. And... no help. Our guarantee is that you will get the tickets within 2 hours of the concert. And what happens if not. No answer. Sending teens. Cannot send them in without tickets. 19 days and no tickets? NEVER USE THEM. NO customer service and the guarantee? Ha. I suspect the "tickets" will come through about 3 seconds before and be different or later and they will claim it has been fulfilled. Not worth it. Go with a reputable seller unless you are OK waiting to see if you can go after travelling there, paying for parking, etc.

We bought tickets from this company, without realizing it was not the original seller. They sold us $59 concert tickets to the yum center for $150. The tickets they emailed us were worse seats than the ones we ordered and they refused to give us a refund. This is a SCAM! Do not buy from them!

They set up their website based on a Arena in town where a lot of venues play. I made the mistake of purchasing two tickets and paid extra to have it mobile ready. The email states to bring to venue and show them the email. The venue had no idea and said we purchased counterfeit online tickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS.

Pressured into buying tickets I thought were in short supply due to covid. Charged 4x! No refunds!

Relative bought tixs for Hugh Jackman; charged $191 each plus fairly high fees. Tixs given to us and attended concert only to find out they were actually 72 each. Tickets-online does not want to acknowledge any impropriety. Asked for $300 refund and so far got a $95 offer from them.

Tickets for Wicked in Little Rock Ar- they advertise tickets before box office starts to sell tickets and charge 3x's more than box office! Be smart- don't use tickets online!

Didn't think too much about it, bought the tickets - because I've never had an issue with Ticketfly... Got charged $73 for $55 tickets, got charged $24.95 service fee PER TICKET. Called immediately to revoke the order and I was told no. I asked to cancel and was willing to pay a cancellation fee. Was also told no.

Paid over $80 in fees and didn't get my tickets 4 weeks before concert, Now three weeks, four weeks, two weeks, one week, four days, NOTHING. Then they were supposed to FedEx them, you will have them in four days nothing. Then day before concert, it was going to be sent by email through Ticketmaster as a e-ticket, nothing. You will have it by the end of day, nothing. You will have it by morning, nothing. Then 12 hrs before concert, you will have it in 30 min, NOTHING! Well Still no tickets, in fact there has been no email now The Who did you talk to? WHAT! OVER 10 PEOPLE! Wait 70 min for Ticketmaster to open in Calif. Finally Ticket master came through, what Di they pay for these tickets.

Ticketsalesonline.com is a scam site that takes your money and sales you tickets they do not have. Rest assured, I am following up on this as criminal fraud. I plan to drive to Aurora IL and file a criminal complaint. I'll shut these people down. You are welcome.

Stay as far away as possible. Scam. Luckily, I paid PayPal and they recognized it as a scam as well.

Purchased tickets in a city on a certain date. Was sent tickets for a different city in a completely different state on a different date. When I called, rep was ecstatic that I had purchased insurance and referred me to them. F that. I called my cc company and disputed charges. Easy pretty

I bought 4 tickets and they sent me a receipt for my purchase showing they had set me up for 3 seats in a row that doesn't exist in the theater.

They will take your money and give you no tickets or refund your money.
The only word for it is fraud.

I purchased 2 tickets for the LA Sparks game. I go to the game to be told that these rickets were fake and the real ones were already used. These people are a sham and should be shut doen.
