“Don't waste your money! They never sent my Dad's veteran hat.”

They make mistakes then don't do anything to fix it. It's been weeks! I finally reached out the other day and they sent me this. There's zero chance my Dad's Christmas gift will get here on time. This is what they sent me. I believe they are also based in China, so was a bad idea to begin with. Due to an accounting error, the amount paid for your order was refunded. Please kindly check the amount reflected in your bank account. We assure you that this error occurred internally, and your order is still on track for delivery. To rectify this situation, we will send you a new invoice in a separate email for the total amount of $40.89. Please complete the payment at your earliest convenience to avoid delays in order delivery. We understand this request is out of the ordinary, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We're committed to promptly ensuring your order is shipped once the payment issue is resolved. Each order is vital to our small business, and your support in resolving this issue is incredibly valuable.

I ordered a Marine corps hat back on March 1st,2024 from their website. According to their policies, it would take 10-12 days to receive the item. It has been 19 days and no hat. Their business address indicate whicita, Kansas, but it only shows a small strip mall. I got 3 emails indicating " we apologize for the delay" etc. They use the postal service to deliver their goods, yes, the USPS not FedEx or UPS. The postal service is not a home delivery courier, if a package cannot fit inside a mailbox, a notice is placed informing the resident to pick up the item at the post office, they don't mention their shipping method until AFTER you buy something. My last email from them apologizing for delay was based on clearing customs, that's right, CUSTOMS. All of their products are not made in the US. Why would a veteran, like myself, order a military hat representing the US armed forces that's made in another country? All of what I am writing about is not clear until after an item is purchased. Next Monday, the 25th, I leave to attend my old unit 30 year reunion, I had hoped I would have received my hat so I could wear it at the reunion, looks like I am SOL. To summarize, their home office is fake, they don't have a CS phone number, they use the postal service to deliver items, and they have extremely poor customer relations not to mention their products are made in a foreign country. One more thing, that last email I got from them said they would take 15% off the invoice, I replied why not take that 15% and use an overnight courier like FedEx or UPS? I spent 40 bucks on that hat I ordered, I hope they choke on it!
