Placed an order for something they claimed to have but turned out they did not have it in stock. Instead of notifying me of this, they took an extended amount of time to ship. While they claimed 3 to 5 days to ship, they ended up taking 9. They charged $18 to ship Fedex, then chose the slowest method from Fedex that they could find. It ended up taking 11 days for what should have only been 4 to 5 days time. With this on top of the extended time they delayed shipping it out, it was 3 weeks before the order showed up. Unfortunately, I did not have 3 weeks and needed the items in a timely manner. I had to go elsewhere to find what I needed, and turned away the delivery. However, even with tracking showing clearly that the delivery was never made and it was on it's way back to sender, Trainz.com refuses to refund my money. I am having to file with PayPal and my bank in order to fight to get my money back. This is one of the worst online sales sites I have ever had to deal with. They clearly only want to take money and have blamed everyone else but themselves for their failure to not only be honest but also to treat a customer right. I will never order anything from this company again, and I would advise others to stay away from them as well, unless you just don't care when a company steals from you.
