$1400 for an RC tank that does not work. I purchased the Leopard from Agora models at $1399 plus shipping. Not only did they fail to deliver a Christmas present in time for Christmas after promising a quick turn around time, what was delivered was a cheaply made, overpriced failure of a product. The model will go forward and back, but turning does not happen like it should. The turret control will work fine in one direction, but the motor makes horrible sounds turning the other way. The sound box has no volume control and seems to be set at the lowest possible sound level, which means that if you move the tank, you can;t hear the sound effects at all. The attachment of certain parts, such as the screw caps for the wheels is done with such a cheap adhesive that the first time you move the tank forward, they start flying off and get tangled in the tracks, seizing up the movement and causing damage to the wheels and track. The machine gun mount is designed so poorly that after I attached it, it would not move as it was supposed to, and the screw quickly ripped out of the cheap plastic frame causing it to no longer be fixable to the tank.The instructions do not come with the kit, you have to go to their website to download a bunch of separate PDF files that only have pictures, no explanations of some very important information like how much acual oil needs to be added to the smoke machine. If you contact them about this, they send you to a link to someone else's Youtube video about fixing some other brand tank smoke machine, which really has nothing to do with their actual kit or part. The Smoke machine on it is so loud that it drowns out the sound box even if that is all you are actually running. Furthermore, the tank lights do not work as you would expect them to. They either flash or off, no other options. The brake lights are either flashing constantly or off. All functions of the tank will ONLY work if you start everything up then "start" the engine. The turret should be able to move weather the "engine" is off or on. All in all, there are much better options at a far lower price and a lot less headache than the Agora Models version. Steer clear.

Placed an order for something they claimed to have but turned out they did not have it in stock. Instead of notifying me of this, they took an extended amount of time to ship. While they claimed 3 to 5 days to ship, they ended up taking 9. They charged $18 to ship Fedex, then chose the slowest method from Fedex that they could find. It ended up taking 11 days for what should have only been 4 to 5 days time. With this on top of the extended time they delayed shipping it out, it was 3 weeks before the order showed up. Unfortunately, I did not have 3 weeks and needed the items in a timely manner. I had to go elsewhere to find what I needed, and turned away the delivery. However, even with tracking showing clearly that the delivery was never made and it was on it's way back to sender, Trainz.com refuses to refund my money. I am having to file with PayPal and my bank in order to fight to get my money back. This is one of the worst online sales sites I have ever had to deal with. They clearly only want to take money and have blamed everyone else but themselves for their failure to not only be honest but also to treat a customer right. I will never order anything from this company again, and I would advise others to stay away from them as well, unless you just don't care when a company steals from you.
