I had a very good list and cleaned it before I started sending, I checked the IP Address and domain with spamhous and everything was ok. I started sending and so far out f 1860 emails sent I only had 2 opens. Their stats said that 1763 were delivered. There were 13 bounces. Of the emails sent I had 4 email addresses that were supposed to have been sent and I never received them. Not in spam, trash or the in box. I think it's impossible to send out almost 1900 emails and only have 2 opens. The company seems to be good but something is wrong with these stats and why I didn't get any of the emails in my personal account. Look around for another service

I was denied a free account first time around, with no reason provided. I then got a website, and registered again with more thorough information, and i was approved a free account, after trying it for a few months charge free i upgraded to a paid package and the service is flawless. Great job!

The only thing this company has to offer is the staff on the chat are friendly and polite. Honestly, everything else is terrible. Line 2 support is awful. They leave tickets unanswered for weeks and months, and they may even ignore them. No one ever answers the phone number the list for tech support. We called a different times of the day, we were on hold for hours and then we got disconnected.

Their dedicated IP service is a total scam. You pay for a dedicated IP, and you maintain it in good shape and high reputation, and then suddenly they take it away and assign you a different IP with a very bad reputation. And their tracking gets your IP blacklisted all the time. They never give you an answer to why they are doing this. And when we demanded that you do not do this, they re-routed our email from a different IP with a terrible reputation—fooling us. They made us think we had our IP untouched, but our email was being routed from a different IP. Again, you never respond to the ticket when we ask why they do it.

Another problem, this is not a real company. This service is run by a company called Delivery Tech Corp. Their address in San Diego does not have anything except the server. The phone number they list on the Better Business Beaurue is fake. When we filed a complaint, the BBB came back and said they could not reach them.

Bottom line, if you care about your online reputation, DO NOT USE this service. We finally had to cancel the service and get a refund. No one even cared to ask why we cancelled. In fact, they ruined our online repudiation when they routed our email from IPs with very bad reputation while we are paying for a dedicated IP

PLEASE READ THIS.
This service is terrible! Below are my stats.
I have an extremely clean list of 9,585 email addresses. I had the list cleaned twice by different companies making sure all bad addresses were removed. The 9,585 was the final count of all valid addresses. Here are the results
9,585 sent
103 opened
79 bounced
I put in 12 personal emails to verify the send. Of the 12,1 was received, 2 went to spam and 9 disappeared.
I've been doing this for a long time and never had such terrible results.
I investigated and found out the reason for such a low open rate and because 9 of mine that never got to their destination was because this company's smtp,s are all being rejected by Yahoo, Google, Hotmail and others. They don't even go in spam. They are refused.
On their statistics they say they were all delivered. That's a true statement but they never put in their statistics how many were rejected.
Years ago this was an extremely good service but because they let a lot of spam accounts in, their reputation was destroyed and now everything is being rejected

Worse experience in the life time. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I've subscribe the service for more than 1 year, and establish with lots of reseller plan.

Without any valid reason, without any warning, they will just block your account from access. Never explain what you did wrong. All your client will suddenly bombard you with complain why their email is not send out. That is how they will screw up your business!

RUN CHICKEN RUN!

They have refused my subscription 4 times.

Each time the told me to apply again, each time they turned me down.

They write that I don't meet their guidelines. They also won't reveal which guideline I don't meet.

They further tell me that they have some guidelines that are secret. Thats right secret.

I think the only secret is they didnt want to sign me up for the FREE program. I bet if I had signed up for Paid program, then I would have been excepted.

Like many others, we were denied subscription.
Upon asking for a reason none was given.
We were actually advised to find another provider.
Something very wrong here

Company is a scam company. They deny free accounts and when you register for a paid account they take your credit card information

Needed a SMTP service for critical alarms from a HVAC control system. Paid our money and set up the relay to send equipment failure alarms to service company techs and 1 customer representative ( 6 recipients total). Tested system.
Arrived today and found customer site in critical alarm with no email notification.
Found turboSMTP had disabled our account and labeled us a "spammer". No notification of shut off, no response to request to explain use of the system.
If you are looking for a reliable company with an ounce or more of ethics I urge you to keep looking, turboSMTP is not that company.

TurboSMTP claims itself to be a professional SMTP service, but seems to certainly lack in the human assistance department. Their automated system seems a bit flawed as I was able to confirm we meet all of their requirements, but the system automatically declined us. I can tell it was automatic since the declined notice came immediately. Doesn't seem like there is a human element involved; very dangerous. Would expect a company to have a human being check out the potential sender and determine whether or not they have validity.
