Huge language barrier and they don't honor their own policy when you request a refund. They ask you to request a refund using your online account but then they send you an email to call another number who is a 3rd party to make the request all over again. The are a fraud. Stay away from their site.

They are cheater. Do not sign for them they will rip you off. They will take the money from your account without your consent. They are in India and you will not get your money back. They ripped me off two times, I filed claim. But i did not anything back. Tutor have no experience. Just answering one question, they will take one hour. They are cheating with hundreds of innocent students, So do not sign free session, at the end they will make you buy subscription and then...

This website is absolutely terrible. I made the mistake of subscribing, and every time I try to connect to a tutor, all the tutors are unavailable.

They are bunch of Scam Artist from INDIA praying on United Stated College Students. They took my $50.00 for two question I had for my Chemistry Class and did not deliver the what they had promissed "right away " tutoring! They got back to me a week later that my account had been setup. By then I was done! DO not TRUST These INDIAN companies as they seek to rip off American People/ Students.

The other reviewers are correct, the answers were wrong 50 percent of the time and they charged my credit card 199.00 after i cancelled the trial three days before
Expiration date. They gave me a confirmation code and still charged my card, Also notice no contact number for them published. The same guy answers all calls and told me to call back 4:00 eastern time and no answer. They are crooks... be warned

After reading everyone's comment's I called the 800 # number and everyone is right it is a full mailbox number you will never get a person on the other line, they just want your credit card # online. I ask them these questions and about the postings on this web site and they just cut my chat with tham off. Thanks for the info; YES! Stay away from this site..

I asked the tutor several college level electronics questions. Not only were they unable to answer them, the tutor could not even start them. I requested a refund of the initial trial fee and they never replied to my e-mail. I received my credit card statement this week and not only did they charge me for the one week trial they charged me for a whole year in addition. This is a scam and they just take your money without providing any reasonable services.

STAY AWAY FROM Tutornext.com!

When i was trying to find answers to my hw questions, i found this website and their online so-called tutor told me that they had a promotion and i only had to pay half the fees as i was the *******th custom. That makes me suspicious about this website, when i entered the web again posting another question, their tutor came and retold the same story. That confirmed my suspicion. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE. IT''S A CYBER SCAM

I finally did get a customer service person at *******516 (India) to say she would cancel it. We will see. Total scam.

It was aterrible website, for the demo, the guy kept pushing me to buy it, when I told him I just wanted the tutor, he refused to give me a tutor.
It was a terrible site
But a few days ago I found a website called khan acadamy, it was free and the best site I've ever tried.
So if anyone needs a tutor go to khanacadamy.org

Wanted one math question answered for my 6th grader. Salesperson said they were offering special for one week of $19.99. I said OK to only one week trial. He then tried and tried to convince me to do the monthly recurring charge on my credit card. He insisted, I refused, over and over. You probably guessed it, just got my credit card statement and there is an unauthorized $99 charge for an additional month. I am disputing it. We'll see how company handles it, but my advice, if you have to trick people into getting your service, perhaps it's a rip-off! Try something else!

Ive been using this website for almost a month and their tutors for physics are nearly impossible to get a hold of. Ive had two tutors tell me they had no idea how to do the problems when they are freshman in college physics problems. When they were online, it took a while to get the solutions out just due to the fact of them reading and typing the question, etc. Its nearly quicker to just learn from your own text book and try figuring it out that way. No need to spend the money for this service b/c you will be waiting half the time. Good luck.

Don't waste your money. They are dumb and will not help you at all. It is better for you to read your textbook and learn. They will waste your time. They do not even know basic things and you will even end up teaching the tutor. Save your money.

They didn't get any basic chemistry questions right. Horrible rude personal. I paid for a week I got a day, they said if I wanted to continue I would have to pay more. Don't waste your time with these people. Horrible site. I feel like they are a scam for poor college kids needing some extra help. Save money hire a real tutor. This place is a real joke. I have the proof to prove it.

This website is a complete rip off and joke. Please do not use this web site. It seems to be run by foreigner with a heart to rip people off.
Both tutors gave me the wrong answers. They are very slow and the sessions are timed, but they claim that it is unlimited time. The blackboard in the website and the real one do not look the same. The writing is poorly done.
Please Please Please do not use this web site. I alerted my credit card company about Tutor Next charges to dispute and to stop future charges. Please do the same for your safety.

I just did some surfing to help my son with his math. 5th grade math, angle measurement. Needed someone to explain it in a way he can understand. This site came up in one of my searches. They tried to pressure me into a $19.99 special for one week.

We had to leave for football practice in 3 minutes so I was like. Thanks for the info, I'll check it out later.

Then they said, "Wait a moment, why not now?" I said, "I have to leave for football."

"well this offer is only good this chat session only."

I just replied back with, "I'll take my chances, thank you."

Don't like high pressure sales. AT ALL. I didn't join and after reading these reviews... I'm very glad I didn't!

I found the tutor not so great at times. They even gave me wrong help at times. The issue was I purchased a week for 29,99 after telling them that I couldnt afford the 199.99 a month. They charged me for both and REFUSED to reimburse me. ILL NEVER REFER THIS SITE TO ANYONE ELSE! THEY RIPPED ME OFF!
