I purchased my service stripes, combat deployment stripes, and NCO stripes for my ASUs. All arrived in a timely manner, especially considering I am deployed overseas in the Pacific. The only problem I had was the NCO stripes, which were not in Army Regulation 670-1. However, I simply contacted the customer service department via email and they quickly resolved the issue. They offered me a full refund for the NCO stripes. I will be shopping from them in the near future for all my military decorations.
Spent 30 minutes building a ribbon rack; but website is so F&*(3ed up, could not place order. Help call was another 30 minutes wasted. BUild your own ribbons on Vanguard, their service WASTES your time and money.
