Spent 30 minutes building a ribbon rack; but website is so F&*(3ed up, could not place order. Help call was another 30 minutes wasted. BUild your own ribbons on Vanguard, their service WASTES your time and money.

“Simple business, but can't even send the right product”

Ordered HQ55 replacement blades--they sent HQ56. Super simple business to run, dirt simple order to fill, but they screwed it up. Now I'm forced not just to deal with delay, but return hassles, refund crap--won't use this company again.
