I would not recommend you to deal with Visual-click if you care about getting your order on time, or in general if you care about getting it at all.
I was not informed that my order had been cancelled till I asked. In general, this is a frustrating experience and I regret picking Visual-click. They've held my money for almost 1.5 months and I did not get either the item I wanted or transparent updates on what is happening with my order. I did not get the money back yet, but it's been only a few days since they said they will return it.
If you are looking for something for a present, definitely skip Visual Click, as they, unfortunately, can't do their part of an agreement with the client.
All businesses face poor experiences working with some vendors/suppliers, but for such a mature web-site the risks should be transparent and noted so clients could decide whether they want or do not want to take it. Otherwise, even the low price isn't worth the wasted time
Overall, the support was kind, but not really responsive. I had to bomb them with questions for a while with no answer before they made it to answer about my missing order that it's been cancelled.
