I have tried many ways to establish the app,and I found that it is great to unblock many contents. I have purchased two years plan.
A lot of the servers don't actually work and when I contacted support about it they said that they would create a ticket and get back within 24 hours, it's been days now and still no reply. Also, when you ask for the chat transcript you don't get it. I eventually asked for a refund, the website says that "98% of refunds are processed within 24 hours" but it's been days and still nothing. Now I see that they have removed the live-chat completely. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I was having a hard time finding a VPN that worked in my location. VPN Area was easy to set up and has never failed me. The customer service is also awesome. I had a question about my subscription and wanted to change something, they did it right away with no questions.

I've been using a private VPN through them for 4 or 5 years now. I use it daily. It's reliable and easy to use. Once or twice a year I run into a connection issue. Tech/customer service is in Eastern Europe, so although the problem always gets resolved, it takes a bit longer than I would like due to time differences. Tech support is done thru chat or email and response times are slow. There is no 'live' person to call into to fix on the spot. Overall I am happy enough to not change providers, obviously, because I continue to use them:-)
Had an issue (my fault OS install problem) customer support went above and beyond, wrote me custom configs for openVPN AND helped me configure my Linux install. Really really rare to get personalized help like this. 100% would recommend this VPN service. Aside from user error this service worked great, I couldn't see myself using any other service. From reading the TOS I can tell these guys really care about my privacy and my data as well. These guys also haven't been hacked unlike some other VPN services (google it).

They have a 30 days money back thingy. Pro-tip their black Friday was AMAZING. I bought like three years for a heavy discount (don't recall exact $$) There service is built on OpenVPN which is an OPEN SOURCE protocol.

Lousy support! My VPN client on MAC OS does not work, been waiting for help for a month. Getting all the standard nonsense response from the online chat. GET ANOTHER VPN. AVOID!
I have never met such a reliable vpn service. All of those which I had before, were pretty unsecured as i think, because it seemed to me like that. I believe that vpn services must be very secured, becaus consumers trust their personal information to these services and they must pay back by the security. Moreover, the speed of connection here is much faster and it loads pages twice faster. I would perhaps recommend this services for all those, who have a need to change vpn provider.
Super vpn really suggested, i am using for different services ad poker online, netflix, etc, no issue to be signaled.
Great servers geographically separated with accurate stats to better manage your egress point. Very easy to hop servers and avoid internet blockages / black holes... I am coming up on the end of my first month, and I like it enough to write a review and extend my service. I do IT projects all around the world, so my requirements are more stringent, but you have met and exceeded them all... Well done VPNArea. Keep up the great work!

I have no account with this company anymore, but they continue to charge my card. I need to contact them every month for a refund and they still don't remove my card. Incompetent people over there.
Fairly good vpn but the support experience will make me go away from them. Couldn't find my logins, and send the support every information I could transaction etc and got basically told it wasn't their responsibility if I couldn't find my logins and therefore lose my credit while paying for it? Lol ok sure thing
The production suppoert were extremely responsive, swift and professional. On saturday morning just in 5 minutes, 2 issues were shot. Could not be more happy.

Poor customer service, slow response time, access terminated early. I expect better customer service and response time to issues. The numerous outages this year alone are not acceptable.
Generally it works great to get around the chinese "great firewall"; however, this only works if you configure your device beforehand, and download all the server connections. Installing VPNarea on a new device behind the chinese firewall didn't succeed, as the VPN first needs to connect to the outside to download the server configurations, and then build up the connection. This turned into a bit of a hen-and-egg problem...
Great product. Had for over 5 years, excellent. Highly recommend. Give it a try, good stuff. Worth a try

I signed up a year ago, never was able to get everything figured out what I needed (5 IPs, for one), paid $80, never got it setup to work the way I needed. I asked them if they would be willing to try again to give me service for the amount I paid, they offered me 1/52nd of what I paid for. (a week) Whee! Yeah, no, Going to another company that can offer me what I need, and cheaper. For what I paid for them, I'd could get 5 years at another company.
No idea if their service works or not, couldn't get that far with it. I need it to run in a router (the dd-wrt router that is open source is what I want - so it can setup it to connect multiple machines easily without having a dedicated machine) - Needed this to replace my existing setup with Static IPs that I'm paying my ISP for.
I thoroughly enjoy using the Canadian jump off point for most of my activities. Nice part is that all local traffic on my network still works without any issues. There have been a couple of times that I couldn't connect to the VPN, had to move around to a couple of different locales, but was able to get connected eventually.
I use VPNArea for some time now and I would not replace this service for any other VPN service even if other company would pay me :) I really love it. Everything works so good, and the most important that it is fast. There is absolutely no delay, internet connection is as fast when I don't use VPN. It's so good that I use it all the time.
I have been using them for 2 years now and have had a great experience. It just works! I have never had any issues except when my subscription runs out lol. Support is always prompt to respond and helpful. 6 simultaneous connections are great. Put it on a Asus WiFi route to simplify getting connected.

It just worked, first use. I recommend this provider.
Does not work too well with older Mac OS X like El Capitan. App freezes up (cannot quit--must restart). I cannot send any e-mails (cannot access my outgoing mail server). Some web sites have denied access forcing my to quit by restarting. Older Mac OS cannot use the newest VPNArea App, it is limited to V1.08 so I don't know how well it works with newer systems but its a real pain with my system.
