Took some time to arrive but with free shipping I am satisfied.

I thought it might be uncomfortable to use but truth be told it's perfectly fine for me and I didn't even have to get used to it. It's expensive but it's got the modern features to back up the cost the battery life is also pretty good.

One comment I need to make is the size, it's smaller than a normal mouse. I have smaller hands and I like small mice so it works for me but if you don't it might not be for you.

Great brands and good variety of them! Also really great prices / discounts compared to other sites. Only con is that the shipping takes a while.

This console is easily accessible, rather durable, and plays great. Battery life is a few hours, but with a portable charger you can charge on the go. I love mine and plan to get the Plus in the future (definitely more bang for your buck with that version)

Received my switches that were over lubed and either typed 3 letters every time I pressed down on one or didn't type at all. There was something wrong. I'm using the same keyboard right now that I used with those switches and it works great, as it always has. Sent them back with USPS, and shipping them back costed me $30! All in all, I got my money back but they didn't give me my money back for shipping. If their Chinese workers they are paying 4 cents an hour to knew how to lube switches, this would have been avoided.

I am not an alien when it comes to ordering things from oversees and mechanical keyboards but everything about my order just exceeded my expectations! Very fast delivery and very nice keyboard. I was initially considering switching the switches with some silent ones but their sound is sooo heavenly good that I decided to keep the original switches. 15/10!

Pros: The keyboard itself is good for the money; though I've only had it for a little bit, it seems solid. Cons: the key mappings for both Windows and Mac were incorrect, and there's no way to program this using something like VIA. Apparently the software made available by Feker doesn't do a good job and gets incorrectly flagged as malware by some systems, so I'm left with no customization options.

I had order my keyboard and the address had an issue with it. Now normally my shipments would just end up lost forever as the logistics handlers in my area have no way to contact them. WhatGeek customer support was patient enough to help ensure my keyboard made it out of this package purgatory which is a feat not many companies I had bought from were able to do.

I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping; the cost of which was actually more than the order itself. I did not hear anything about my purchase for 5 days. After sending an email, I didn't receive a response until 3 days later. Despite asking for the order to be cancelled at that point, my order was shipped out anyways. Thus, this order took 3 weeks total to fulfill.

I never received my package ordered over 2 months ago. Customer support stopped responding after the Shipping company refunded my order; for never Delivering it. No word from them. -$160.0 Worst Shopping experience of my entire 25 years.

Got my device (RGB35XXH) two weeks after ordering. WELL WORTH THE WAIT.

Build quality is top notch, and has sufficient power to play all advertised consoles.

I received a fantastic product at a great price. My only small complaint was shipping speed which took FOREVER. Ordered in November and product wasn't received until January despite being intended as a Christmas gift. However now that I know this I would still probably order from you guys again.

Easy checkout. Good prices compared to other sites. The shipping was sort of slow but coming from China I expected it. I had to email them to get a tracking number, they didn't update it on my order when it shipped. I didn't mind that. Took a couple of days to ship. For such a popular product, it was a good experience and price.

I wanted to express my absolute delight with the keyboard I recently purchased from your store. The tactile feedback is exquisite, making typing a true pleasure. The keys are responsive and well-spaced, allowing for a seamless and efficient typing experience. I ordered a Miyoo Mini plus as a gift for my brother. It was a little slow to ship at first, but coming from overseas this was understandable. I voiced my concern and WhatGeek reached back out to me and gave me loads of information about the tracking of my device. They also made sure to reach back out again after I received it. Love that!

I reached out to them after there was no update on my order for over a week. It took a couple days, but they did reach back out at supplied me with loads of info and tracking information.

Took over a week to respond to a return request. Does not disclose additional fees associated with returns. Deters customers from returning even if unsatisfied with the product. Lack of follow through on email responses.

Very good experience. Smooth purchase. Very accurate shipment tracking. The product was well packaged and arrived flawless.

Beautiful design. The battery level display is very useful to know when to charge. There're 2 options to connect: BT or Wireless 2.4. Colorful and standout. Not 100% transparent. Not sure if I received correct one. But, it's worth every penny.

Great keyboard overall -- looks gorgeous, lcd works great, keys sound and feel good. Just a couple things i'd keep in mind before buying: firstly, the battery life isn't that impressive; it drains relatively fast and charges very slowly. Second, my lcd came with small scratches across the screen, and i've noticed that you'll get a tiny black bar between your gif and the edge of the screen even when you use the suggested dimensions. Lastly, the knob has a tendency to get stuck, where it shows more resistance than normal when rotating, and becomes very difficult to press when selecting an option. Overall, could be improved in some places, but i'm very happy with what i got for the price.

Good. But the software driver was complicated to find. Ended up contacting customer support for assistance which were very helpful.

Even though It's a little finicky because here in Mexico we have street name, and house number etc etc, and it's a smidge more complicated but didn't ran into any trouble with shipping so there's that
